Complicated staff front office

Came here with my siblings was a great choice with the Family Room with the spacious space. The staff was friendly to assist us while staying there. Would gladly come back next time visiting Melbourne.

The room space was spacious enough and would come back if in need of accommodation while visiting Melbourne.

The location is very great and convenient! The staff was very helpful with the check-in and check-out time, so flexible.

At first sign, staff was so rude with me and my friends.

Booking kamarnya untuk 3 orang dan sudah. Termsuk sarapan pagi, tapi hotel info yang di booking cuma dapat sarapan 1 orang 😢 untuk 2 orang lagi harus bayar masing-masing Aud 17 perorg; Saran saya jangan pernah pesan kamar termasuk sarapan pagi. Untuk lokasi dan kamarnya memang bagus.

Hotel yang strategis, depan stasiun trem Melbourne, dan tempat pick point bus bandara Skybus Melbourne.

It is a great location for trams and trains being so close to Southern Cross Station and easy access to the Skybus as well. The room was basic but comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly. However, the heater is too noisy for me to sleep well.

Room was basic but comfortable and clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Just what I wanted for my weekend in Melbourne for the football. Close to public transport and a few fast food joints (steer clear of McDonalds), a bottle shop and a convenience store. The streets around were dirty, a few more garbage bins would be useful,

Cups both smelt like curry, glasses were not clean, hair behind the bathroom door, dirty blankets, no hot water first morning. TV wouldn't tune to any station. That said, staff rectified what they could ASAP and were helpful and friendly. Good location for access to transport, but you need to turn a blind eye to what appeared to be a p********e running her business from the foyer, and stepping over homeless people to get in the front door (a sad reflection not of the hotel but the less happy parts of Melbourne). Sheets were clean and bed comfortable.

Excellent experience. Restaurant was very good. Food was very Good. Cleanliness was very good.

Room was very small (so not very comfortable unless you just wanted a place to sleep) and not very clean which was disappointing. Unfortunately, the room we had did not have a suitable external window so felt very claustrophobic.
