Room is quite clean. Staff are friendly. Breakfast is great. Plenty of parking. We enjoy our stay

The hotel was located walking distance to the bay front. Our room was good but dated. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot .

This is a 2 star hotel not a 3. Everything from the breakfast, fitness room, bed linens, TV, Coffee maker, shower, are barely acceptable. I will say the upside is the rooms are spacious and clean. For the price I paid I felt the value wasn't there.

Room was clean, construction around the area made parking difficult.

We had a nice experience June 7th to 9th. The stay was good. Quality Inn is just in front of the St. Mary’s river broad walk which was so convenient. Also, the breakfast was also good. Lots of parking spots. If you are looking for affordable, clean, free parking and free parking hotel I will recommend this hotel at Sault Ste. Marie..

The hotel was nice but old and needs some updates. The ac fan and thermostat wasn’t working properly so the room was stuffy. The free breakfast was half empty and not replenished. The fruit was old and food cold. No milk for the cereal or enough breakfast food for all. Had to ask. No tv or music in the breakfast room and staff in there not friendly.

Our stay was for a celebration of life for our brother so we did not use the pool, hot tub or sauna but I’m sure they were excellently maintained and clean. It was what it was, a place to sleep and visit family, but a perfect place to stay. Next time we will check everything out. The breakfast was just what we wanted. Thank you!

Clean spacious room and quiet Breakfast was mediocre with little fruit that didn’t seem to be replenished. Good location near walking trail along river. Enjoyed the nearby brewery with good food.

Lots of parking, staff were friendly, breakfast was tasty and hot, close to the mall which had a Tim Hortons in it. Great view of the water front. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Everything was very good other than the restaurant being closed. Staff did provide a long list of other eating establishments close by

Clean room. Breakfast was good. No parking. Staff were good. You advertised a business center. The internet was not functioning. I mentioned this to the front desk at least twice a day during my four day stay and the response was they were going to get the issue resolved. This did not happen. I do not believe a call was made to correct this situation. As a paying customer this was rather disappointing to say the least.

It’s a tired hotel needing some updates. The decor was like 1980’s. The bathroom sink was badly cracked, the shower head was made for someone 5’6” and the room was unbearably warm. We could not get it to cool even after setting the thermostat to 17c.

The only problem was, the TV channels was not all that good, because it was analog, it was not a digital television. They should have smart tvs
