Great location, close to train station and town centre, very convenient. The rooms are clean. Staff are generally friendly.

Excellent location for Ipswich Town centre and the marina, no problem parking in the car park. The room was clean and comfortable with good facilities, bath, shower TV, tea and coffee etc. Breakfast was a buffet with a reasonable selection of hot and cold options.

Our stay was great. Staff were friendly and helpful and room was clean and comfortable. The only area that needs improving is the children’s area. There were a lot of broken toys and random bits which made it difficult to play with.

Great central location with parking. Well presented accommodation with very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent choices at breakfast for all diets. Lovely ambience.
