我們有三個人，一間房有兩個床，一間一個大床，兩個衛浴，房源非常新，有停車場，很安全，不怕車子被偷，服務人員跟房務人員都非常親切，有機會會再入住，也會推薦親友。

Good location Spacious With a kitchen which is really nice But the quality of the sofa bed was bad. We had to share the bed eventually.

前台服務人員親切，樂意解答詢問的問題。房間空間足夠，設備也充足，對於商務旅客或是小家庭非常合適。附近環境方便，步行10分鐘內即可抵達超市、市集、百貨公司、觀光景點等，非常便利。美中不足大概就是11點必須退房，如能改至12點更好；以及網路訊號較弱，有時候網速過慢。

我们订的是两卧室套房，房间很大，有独立厨房、客厅、洗衣机、还有会议室、两个洗手间、还有个阳台，离国会山步行15-20分钟，附近有超市，很方便，唯一不足是卫生不是很好，可能这个套房不是经常有人住，所以房间窗户有蜘蛛网和灰尘，感觉不太干净。

Pleased with the room and cleanliness of it, staff were helpful. Parking situation is atrocious, the “oversized” lot had room for about 8 vehicles and it was very tight. Elevators very extremely slow and ALWAYS full. Half of the hotel was under construction but elevator would still stop in the construction zones which I thought was a hazard for children. We used the pool twice and there were no clean towels either time. TVs and lamps were unplugged at arrival which is annoying when you get in at night trying to figure that out. Hot-tub was not in service, not a good area to cut costs. Overall, stay was ok. New renovated rooms were nice but need to stop cutting corners and being cheap on the controllable items.

Renovated suite was spacious and clean. Great location. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Not disclosed it was ongoing construction which I heard in the morning and throughout the day. No sound blocked as you can hear people loudly even late at night. One of the showers did not even turn on and then the worst was the couch smelled bad or urine possibly. Parking not linked well to building and have to take stairs to get to it and carry all luggage.

We stayed in a king suite, the room was clean and spacious. Bed was firm/comfortable, pillows were moldable. Best part were the amenities: laundry in the room (bring your own detergent), full kitchen, open concept living area, spacious bathroom with large shower (no bath). We were missing dish towel/cloth, coffee, extra toilet paper but they brought them up immediately after calling reception. The pool/gym area is nice and clean. Downfall is they are currently doing construction on level 7? so we had to get off the elevator at 7 and take stairs to rec centre, stairway is cold/salty in winter from foot traffic. The gentleman at reception was lovely, gave the kids a suprise bag. We were able to check in early and check out late without extra charge. Short walk to Byward Market with everything you need. Hotel entry is secure with secure enclosed parking as well. We will stay here again.

Beautiful clean room with friendly staff.

Very friendly staff, however there needs to be some maintenance work done on the property. 2 of the 3 elevators were out of service during the stay, making wait times unpredictable. The internet was also sporadic and not reliable for business calls. The room was clean and the kitchen well stocked with everything needed to prepare small meals.

Room was very clean, staff come in each day and tidy up. Staff also extremely friendly and kind. A bit of construction going on but you barely notice. At night it was very quiet considering youre in the middle of the city. When back in the city this is the first place I would consider

La grandeur de la chambre était plus que parfaite pour notre famille de 4. Nous étions tous très à l’aise. L’emplacement est excellent pour visiter le centre-ville et participer aux activités du Bal des neiges
