The.hotel is big n well equipped, but the reception add the extra bed n cost without our pre approval. Beware! NO standard on room supplying, we have no kettle, tea n coffee n sugar n mugs in our room for entire 5 nights stay while others have all. Very disappointed in this part n feeling they do it purposely not to welcome us. Why so? The buffet breakfast is very good n serves good. Location is big far from most attractions.

Excellent hotel never fail to deliver the best to the customer. Wonderful and helpful staff. Unexpected small business center free of charge. Spacious lobby to relax and use of WiFi without any interruption. Easy access to the public transportation. Love the bed, firm and comfortable. Room are extremely clean and fresh.

Gostamos muito do hotel, muito confortável. A única coisa era que está tendo uma ampliação da linha do metro que fica na frente do hotel, então havia barulho. Café da manhã ótimo. Decoração super linda e charmosa. Voltaria a me hospedar sem dúvida. Mas tenha em mente que o hotel não é no centro de Viena, então vc precisará caminhar ou pegar outro tipo de transporte para chegar na principal zona de comércio e de restaurantes.

Clean hotel/rooms location is not the best but far from the traffic. The Tunisian old man is the best! Definitely coming back

Auf Marriott Bonvoy ist immer Verlass! Die Zimmer sind wie abgebildet. Die Sitzecke zum Verweilen ist nach einem langen Wien-Tag auch sehr angenehm. Es sind genügend Schränke und Bügel für zwei Personen vorhanden, was ich bisher kaum in einem Hotelzimmer vorgefunden habe. Ein Bügelbrett und ein Bügeleisen sind direkt im Kleiderschrank verstaut. Die Zimmer sind sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, alles ist neuwertig und riecht gut. Der Wellnessbereich ist für ein Nicht-Spa-Hotel eine echte Entdeckung, mit einem heißen Dampfbad, zwei Saunen und einem mittelgroßen Pool. Bademäntel und Slippers sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig und man kann zusätzlich verschiedene Eierspezialitäten noch bestellen.

We had a lovely stay at the Imperial Riding School - staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, the facilities were top notch and the place was very clean. Shoutout to the bar staff for being especially great. A nice location as well, not too far from the city centre but a little quieter than the buzz of the 1st district. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful stay at the Imperial Riding School Hotel. Well placed near the Belvedere Palace and an Sbahn station to and from the Airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms a good size and modern and breakfast excellent. Only slight complaints were the extremely cold temperature of the pool and the low hanging light shade in the room that my husband kept banging his head on.

Wir hattet einen tollen Aufenthalt. Zimmer toll eingerichtet und sauber, Wellnessbereich gut ausgestattet mit neuen Geräten, Frühstücksbüffet reichhaltig, Personal aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist auch günstig. Mit der Trambahn ist man in wenigen Stationen in der Innenstadt. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Wir empfehlen das Hotel und kommen gerne wieder.

I booked this before knowing that this is a Marriott Bonvoy property, which doesn't really affect me, but they did seem really concerned about statuses and points and exclusive offers, so if that's your thing they are certainly on top of that. The hotel is new and is in excellent condition. Everything is clean. Wi-fi was excellent. Water pressure was excellent. Housekeeping did a great job, especially in responding to the clean/do not disturb cards we put on the door. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of storage in the room. The hotel seems geared to American styles and comfort, and they excelled at catering to their clientele. There is a pool and restaurant onsite, and plenty of sitting areas throughout the lobby. Workers were professional throughout. The downside is that they located between a busy street and train tracks, so there will be some noise from outside that comes into the room. It wasn't overwhelming, but we did hear the ambulance sirens and cars rushing by, although not enough to keep us up at night. Keep in mind that this hotel is not in a touristy area, so going to see the sights, shopping, eating lunch or dinner requires travel via a taxi or uber or public transportation. Overall, the hotel is immaculate and comfortable and I would recommend considering this hotel for your stay in Vienna.

Lovely hotel, within easy reach of tram station @ Rennweg, and underground. Hotel facilities inc room, pool and sauna area clean and well maintained. Breakfast was also excellent.

No minibar, replaced with robot service that never turned up.
