We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and very comfortable, with cozy beds that ensured a good night’s sleep. Overall, it offered excellent value for the money paid. The breakfast was good, with a nice selection of options. The staff were polite, friendly, and helpful, both at the reception and in the breakfast area, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The hotel itself is attractive, with well-designed interiors and a nice exterior appearance that creates a welcoming atmosphere. One area for improvement would be the check-in and check-out process. Both took longer than expected at the reception desk, and a more efficient process would further enhance the guest experience. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would happily consider staying here again.

Siamo giunti in hotel durante la notte, a causa del traffico autostradale, e siamo stati accolti con cortesia e disponibilità dal personale della reception. Successivamente, ci siamo recati in camera, dove abbiamo riscontrato un buon livello di comfort, sebbene il materasso fosse un po' troppo morbido per le nostre preferenze. La mattina seguente, per la colazione inclusa, abbiamo notato che il personale di sala non si è dimostrato particolarmente accogliente. Inizialmente, non abbiamo ricevuto un saluto o un buongiorno e l'unica interazione è stata la richiesta del numero della camera, seguita poi da un buongiorno. Tuttavia, l'aspetto più deludente è stata la colazione stessa. Per un hotel a quattro stelle (e avendo una certa esperienza di viaggio), la varietà e la quantità delle pietanze erano piuttosto limitate. Inoltre, quando un prodotto terminava, non veniva rimpiazzato. Abbiamo anche notato che i camerieri, in prossimità del nostro tavolo, conversavano tra loro commentando gli ospiti, anche se comprendiamo che lavorare a contatto con il pubblico possa portare a situazioni particolari, riteniamo che tali conversazioni non siano appropriate in presenza degli ospiti. Successivamente, al termine della colazione, ci siamo recati per effettuare il check-out. In questa fase, siamo stati accolti da un collaboratore che si è mostrato piuttosto agitato.

Niente da dire, camera molto pulita e molto bella, personale disponibile.

The property is huge and communal areas are nice and clean. Rooms are worn out, multiple things not working in the bedrooms, when asked to help out- there was this one gentleman who was kind and probably the only handyman for the hotel , who unfortunately couldn’t do a lot to get the Jacuzzi working or even the broken safe. It’s a bit far off from the centre, 30 minutes to the centre. The staff let us keep our bags until after we checked out, which was nice. The garden are huge and beautiful, but I wouldn’t not stay so much for the rooms.

The hotel was average at best with mediocre breakfast. What really stood out was that this was the first hotel ever to refuse me a baby/child crib.
