Good location and nice room

The hotel was under Reno’s but our room was already complete and it was clean and comfortable.

Keep in mind, the hotel claims that they are in the process of renovating. The lobby was nice enough,but the rooms are shabby and you won't feel comfortable. The staff appear disinterested and were unhelpful. The only really great staff member was the lady running the breakfast. Speaking of which, the air conditioning was not operational in the breakfast room. It was super hot.

Overall worth the lower cost

People were loud at all hours. All the doors would slam. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Staff was great. Room was a little unkempt but nothing that was dealbreaker or enough to not stay there. Good enough for us to stop for a shower and a night of sleep.

This was like a glorified motel 6 with Marriott pricing. Beds were hard, there’s was hair left in the bathroom and shower. Disgusting.

The ac and the refrigerator no working my baby’s milk was no good because of the refrigerator

Well the room had ants . The housekeeping was rude went asking for new bedding to make the bed due to my special needs child having so issues. I had try to take every precaution for it not to happen. I had to go to the front desk and when I did they said they would send someone to give me the bedding. They also looked shocked that I was willing to change the bed. I didnt want they to have to clean up my child accident. And if you want to walk in the morning forget trying to sleep on those hard beds.

First off we asked for a smoke free room, but the room we got smelled like someone was smoking in it. The outlets didn’t work, the room phone didn’t work so I had to call the hotel phone from my phone. I don’t think I’ll be staying there again. For what I paid it was not worth it.

L'hôtel est propre mais a besoin d'un rafraîchissement. Bel accueil. Nous n'avons pas passé beaucoup de temps à l'hôtel.

It was a very wonderful hotel it was close to Albany Medical Center our son had to go for surgery and the hotel had wonderful pool hot tub the rooms were completely comfortable was staff was so nice friendly and everyone was so helpful with questions
