Room is clean, don’t use other amenities except for breakfast. Simple bf, but enough.

staff were nice. room was extremely cold and no way to control the hvac. made the room very uncomfortable. bathroom was to small with a sliding door. expected better for the amount charged. good location.

Great spot.

There's a lounge on the top floor with free water, milk, coffee, granola bars, and fruits. The coffee machine was pretty nice. It made french vanilla and hot chocolate too. I think this should be standard in all hotels and it really made this hotel stay nice. Some considerations: the A/C (or radiator) unit was really loud. It sounded like someone was taking a shower non-stop. The room was set to 16 deg C. I should've adjusted it sooner but it became really cold on the first night. Breakfast was ok. It was slightly better than the traditional breakfast at typical hotels but quite similar. I was there at 6:30am and the pastries still didn't seem fresh. The omelette was good but nothing impressive from a culinary standpoint. Just decent. Also, I wish they seperated the pork from the non-pork things a bit better. The turkey cold cuts were laying in the same plate and touching the salami cold cuts, same with the cheese slices.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The service in the lounge was fantastic. The hotel was clean and the room was great. The only negative was the morning breakfast- it was not good.

Kids were running through the hallways late at night and early in the morning. Kids are kids, but after notifying the front desk, nothing was done. The gym was also full of unsupervised kids, so we couldn’t use it. We missed our prepaid breakfast by just a few minutes after being woken up early, and the restaurant refused to serve us. The front desk simply handed us a business card and told us to call with our complaints. Very disappointing customer service.

It was amazing. Staff was fabulous!

We have stayed here many times before and the hotel is always clean, staff very helpful and friendly, breakfast has improved quite a bit and dinner options are very good as well as the taste.. Overall a great place to stay and it is centrally located.

I haven’t stayed at this hotel for a number of years but it was very clean and the price was right. No complaints at all.
