Perfect across the beach

I was in room 200 which is in an older building in the property.

Rooms are very spacious and comfortable

I was supposed to get a marine of view from my room. There were trees! A obstructed view. I over paid. I did not get what I paid for!

Good room service

El servicio muy malo, pedi una limonada sin azucar y no pudieron hacerme un vaso con agua y limon. El cuarto estaba sucio y habia una cucaracha, los elevadores no funcionaban y el doom service era muy caro y ni nos dieron cubiertos de verdad sino de plastico todo. Muy mal.

Liked recent attractions surrounding, like marina walk/Shorely area. Smart TV may be a reasonable update for rooms. Water temperature was not smooth transitioning in shower - I’m not sure if that’s a universal issue throughout all rooms.

Location was great. Beach was beautiful and chairs were complimentary. Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Room was large and very clean.

Used the marina with the hotel and the dockage was very private and clean. Service in the hotel with everyone was very good. The response to anything bad that you asked would be the bathroom towel could use some Downy fabric softener. They are a little rough.

Pool was always cloudy; meaning contaminants, improper filtration or bad chemical maintenance. May not come back because of this.

Easy access to the beach
