一個4星的飯店，房裡沒有杯子水壺，牆壁的壁紙發霉，朋友過敏的很嚴重，一直打噴嚏流鼻涕，要喝點熱水，去櫃檯借水壺跟杯子，她說沒有提供，她把最糟的房間給了我們，早餐是我旅行2個月來最沒有選擇的飯店，連新鮮的番茄蔬菜的沒有，只有加工過的肉品，很失望。

Cozy bed and nice breakfast, the bus stop to Mestre station just next to the hotel, can't say very convenient but is good enough.

Oda 4 yıldızlı otele uygun değildi. yatak ve yastıklar rahatsızdı. kahvaltıda verilen ürünler basit ve ucuzdu. örnek: meyva salatası ve meyeveler taze değildi. su şişede değil, sürahideydi. 4 yıldızlı otal kalitesinde değildi.

The two lady receptionist was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. Amazing!

The bathroom is tiny with no shower door, no coffee maker, no drinking water provided, very rude breakfast stuff and front desk staff, worst hotel stay experience.
