Great stay lovely room and restaurant

Stayed here for 7 nights. Clean and staff was friendly. Great onsite restaurant with good variety.

Clean rooms. Great breakfast with lots of choice. The swimming pool area was also lovely.

The room was clean, and breakfast offered a wide variety. The staff was helpful, and the spa and swimming pool were well kept. I would go there again.

The staff went above and made you feel very welcome. Shaun in the restaurant was excellent, sorting out my wife gluten free diet.

It was the best holiday Inn we have stayed in and we have stayed in a fair few Highly recommend a bacon roll so much bacon yum yum.

On arrival was hit by the very pleasant aroma in the reception area. It would be nice if the hallways & rooms smelt like this. Breakfast very good . Bar prices very expensive. Over £20 for a beer & large glass of wine. I understand why others were popping to nearby shop .

The room was cold . The resturant was cold and didnt stop for puddibg because me and my partner was cold. Service was sloe in resturant . I coudnt get hot water for a bath and 1 towel for 2 people . The compumentry fridge for snacks and drinks was disappointing .

Nice stay. Breakfast was good, plenty of options. Pastries were stale though. Room was great, quiet. Always sleep well at holiday inn!

Whilst a little out of town this is a great place for a north/south stopover. Probably one of the best hotel breakfasts in a while, compared to many a higher end hotel chain. Tasty, hot (most important) and good quality.

The rooms are definitely not soundproof the first room the toilet didn’t work. The mini bar was not very well stocked for the additional spend. However, the staff to try their best

Check in was delayed over an hour (along with many others) and no communication about why or when room would be ready. Otherwise it was ok

Convenient stopover for a weekend trip, easy parking and good facilities. Attentive staff who were very caring.
