飯店接待人員很親切，房間蠻寬敞的，每天都會打掃還有提供免費的水及飲料，步行至老城區約10-15分鐘，如果要搭公車，飯店附近也有站牌！

Great customer service, friendly and welcoming staff. Clean room with space and comfortable bed including bathroom. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Walking distance restaurants, sightseen, supermarket, coffee shop. I will definetly come back.

A shout out to the great hotel - clean, comfortable, very friendly staff, and ideally located just off the old city centre. Our suite was spacious and modern, and everything we needed was within a walkable distance.

El hotel en general, lindo. El baño un poco incómodo, ya que las separaciones eran de cristal esmerilado y si prendían la luz, molestaba si estabas dormido. También la luz titilante roja del detctor de humo quedaba sobre la cama y despertaba continuamente.

Hotel maravilhoso ! Funcionários maravilhosos , solícitos . Uma de nossas malas foram extraviadas pela Ibéria e nos ajudaram muito . Excelente localização . Me hospedaria novamente

Hemos estado muy bien en el hotel. Éramos tres adultos en una habitación muy amplia y cómoda. La persona que nos atendió al llegar (Mercedes) fue super amable y nos explicó todo con detalle. Muy recomendable

Nice enough hotel, reception staff are friendly, cleaning staff also friendly but some of the restaurant and breakfast staff are more interested in chatting to each other than taking care of the customers. Also the breakfast cook has an amazing way of not seeing people waiting to order, even though i was in her line of sight multiple times, it appears she’s too busy to deal with customers. Apart from that, rooms are nice, modern and clean

The staff was very helpful, welcoming and kind. We did not expect such a sumptuous breakfast and the waitstaff was also very professional and helpful. The location of the hotel is great.

Picked this hotel because of the pool and the option I was given via Expedia. I paid much higher than I wanted to pay but felt it would be beneficial to have a swimming pool experience only to be told the pool was shut and Expedia do not make this clear at this time of year. Also the front of the hotel is having construction work and there Was NO notice of this work and I was placed in room 318 right opposite a construction materials lift or elevator which was really noisy & started operating from 8 am until late and literally sounded like a jet plane taking off every few minutes which prevented me from working in my room, when I asked to be moved I wasn’t given any real other options and if I’m honest The attitude of many of the reception staff was very disappointing and it felt like any requests or questions seemed to be an inconvenience for the staff or they appeared to be annoyed they were being troubled by a guest of the hotel.

Great breakfast variety. Room met basic requirements for single night stay.
