Check in staff with poker face but check out staff is very nice! Apple juice is the best of the breakfast. Room is clean.

great stay and for a great price, we we able to have a free breakfast evey moring of our stay which was nice, used it the morning we left. Our room was clean only thing that was "Eh" our shower would turn crazy hot and lose pressure, other then that the stay was good.

The hotel was motel-style; the rooms opened up to the walkway. The net curtain looked out to other guests. The bathroom was exceptionally small. The air conditioning unit was under the window and directed at the first queen bed. The outdoor pool was okay but so close to the highway. The location was beside a three-way highway. It was 2.2 km from the lake (our mistake when booking). If you want to be downtown on the main highway, it would be great; however, it wasn't what we were looking for.

I will definitely stay here again!

Staff are nice are helpful

It was a good, clean place to stay, centrally located if you have a car (a bit far if you’re walking). Bathroom is very small. The breakfast at Ricky’s was very good. The free bike rentals were nice, but the seats were uncomfortable. Quite a noisy location being off the highway, however, the noisy air conditioning unit managed to drown out the vehicle noise quite nicely so I could sleep!

The hotel is clean, the air condition is cool enough, the service is good when I asked for help for landuary room issue. But the free coffee from lobby’s coffee machine is not good. The swimming pool is not that clean, guest needs to help to clean it up.

La chambre était propre mais le tapis non. Il y avait une odeur d’humidité et de chien. La toilette n’était pas bien lavée à notre arrivée. Les lits étaient confortables. L’hôtel est très bien situé dans Kelowna. Les déjeuners sont pris au restaurant d’en face (à même le stationnement) et ils sont délicieux!

Was evacuated due to wildfire and stayed here. Great location. Pet friendly and the front desk staff were so nice and helpful.

I have booked 4 rooms in this hotel. First time in this hotel and was better than expected. Highly highly recommended!! Why? 1. Room is so clean! even carpet. We love the sink out of the bathroom such a smart idea. 2. Bedding feels fresh and smells clean. I don’t even have to use the pillow cases Ive brought from home 😅. 3. Appliances perfectly functional. Cute mugs. We love the mirrors 😁. 4. Wifi connection took a couple of minutes to load but still better than data signal. 5. The Rubber duckie giveaway is a plus! 6. Reception 24 hrs.- helpful staff. There’s coffee, vending machine available. 7. Housekeeping- great. 8. Free breakfast at Ricky’s grill big serving. Order an item on the menu- $10 discount. We will definitely book our stay here moving forward. Thank you Accent Inns!

Very easy and convenient stay on a property that is in a very good location to access all areas of Kelowna.
