Staff were nice and helpful.

Make sure to request a newly remodeled room since our room was coming up on being remodeled and definitely needs it to get rid of the stale smoke smell. Everything in the room was clean and staff was amazing. Pool area was clean. Great location and price compared to others in the area. Convenient to access downtown, One Spokane Stadium, and Arena.

It was a great experienced. Easy check in and check out process. Excellent customer service throughout the experience. I will definitely comeback next time I’m in town.

The staff was super friendly and room was comfortable and clean with an awesome view. Walls were too thin in our room. We were on the 12th floor with a room with a connecting door to the next room. We could hear EVERYTHING in the next room ... EVERYTHING. Our neighbors were up all night unfortunately. Other than that it was a great stop.

Free parking was not included, it was not advertised that I had to pay for overnight parking ($28) until i checked in, it was advertised for breakfast included but did not know I had to pay a fee for it. Was not clean, I asked for city view and they gave me a view of the back area the building. My family and I will not use this hotel again.

Staff was great, room was nice but bed was very uncomfortable...too firm!

We arrived about 3:00 n the afternoon. We went in our room and it was 80 degrees and really hot. After running the air for 2 hours no temp change. Called and they sent up the building engineer who was very cocky and told us he didn’t mind it being warm. Eventually after our second call we got a fan. Too much work to stay here…

I was unhappy with all of the hidden costs that were required to stay here. Some of them may have been listed on the hotel website, but they were not apparent when booking through Expedia. It cost me $28 per night simply to park a car at the hotel, breakfast was not included in the stay ($25 for the breakfast buffet), and there was a charge to use the Wifi. At this day and age, almost any public facility (e.g. McDonalds, airports, coffee shops) has free public Wifi. It's actually a bit insulting to have to pay for Wifi in a facility where I am paying over $100 per night to stay. Additionally, I did not have a positive experience while checking in. Nothing overtly negative, I just was not provided with much helpful informative and felt a bit like it was a bother for me to ask questions. Facilities were all good, comfortable, and clean.
