Rooms are a little small, we were a family of 4 travelling. Otherwise, it was clean, service was amazing, the restaurant was great and staff was very helpful. It is located 5 minutes walk to George Street!

Friendly staff at the front desk. Clean, quiet room with good temp control and nice view of the harbour. Really liked having the washer+dryer available on the 4th floor. Front desk sells detergent pods and can exchange coins for the machines. Parking garage can be a bit backed up to enter and spaces are smaller but never had trouble finding parking. Great location and very walkable to lots of restaurants and stores in downtown.

Definitely opt in for the breakfast with your reservation, especially on the weekend as it's a brunch menu. Amazing food and choices, and very friendly staff.

When we arrived for check-in our room was not ready. We were upgraded to a junior suite at no additional charge. It was a lovely room. Thank you.

This hotel is in a good location for accessing the downtown. It is an easy walk to some sightseeing spots. They do have underground parking, but you must pay for it each night.

There is a portal window into the bathroom. It is up quite high, but for anyone travelling with people over 6ft tall, it is quite awkward as there is no way to block it off. It is disconcerting for anyone using the bathroom, and also anyone who might need to walk past while the bathroom is occupied (ie. coming in later, or going to get ice...). Very bad design. And uncomfortable enough to not stay there again.

Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful.

The room we booked for 3 adults was very tight. Even 2 people didn’t have much room to move around.

Check in was terrible! Did not get the room we requested! They tried to appease us with water and cookies. Claimed the room we got was an upgrade, rather it was a downgrade! Upon returning to our room, the second day around 6pm, we found the room had not been tended to. When I spoke with a manager, he was condescending, argumentative and not able to understand how frustrating our experience was for a person with mobility and mental health issues! He didn’t try to understand the importance of acknowledging people with disabilities! My husband’s needs were completely dismissed making him feel very vulnerable and not important! Be aware of where you stay if travelling with a person with disabilities!!

No breakfast included. $50 deposit when registering. Didnt take credit/debit card payment.

Some of our personal property was unfortunately damaged during a room clean. Alex was so helpful. He replaced both items after searching for a day for one of the items. He then waived our parking fees and offered us a meal at their restaurant. He also gave us a late check out for our troubles. Alex went above and beyond for us and we are so thankful. And their chocolate chip cookies are amazing! Highly recommend this hotel. It was in the perfect location. The only complaint is that the mirror in the room could have been higher

The hotel was in a great location. The rooms were nice, it was just quite loud due to the traffic in the harbor.

The room was quite pricey, but the location was ideal for what we wanted. We would probably stay there again, but not during peak tourist season.

Always love staying at the Doubletree. Little Sparro is always a great delight! Highly recommend! A+
