Arrived very late in the night but the service is quick and correct

Rooms were very clean, staff was nice, breakfast was good and the breakfast area was well maintained. 10/10

The room was impeccable, the service was above good. I wouldn’t say great this time around. The breakfast actually sucked and tasted like everything was microwaved. For the price of the stay and the vibe the place gives I was really disappointed in their breakfast. Parking was good and felt like my vehicle was safe but I just can’t get over the cheap breakfast. This would have been an easy 10/10 stay but the breakfast ruined it.

I arrive and got an upgrade for no reason so that was nice. The room was huge and very very well kept. Clean, bright and great flow! Other than those powdered scrambled eggs every hotel seems to serve (garbage, gag) I’d say the breakfast was fantastic and always kept hot and filled! 😊✌️

Everything was good at this hotel, except for the smell. When I first stepped into the room, there was a very strong perfume scent, although it didn’t last long. I think maybe I just got used to it after staying for a while, or the ventilation fan helped remove the smell. Also, the fan in the air conditioning system was a bit loud.

Really great location off the 401 highway, but construction the access road is awful. The city of London is going to take till summer of 2027 but this hotel is worth the inconvenience of the construction. Nice rooms, parking is free, clean rooms, good breakfast, friendly staff and the price is right.

Easy check in, really friendly staff. Good amenities like hot coffee and tea 24/7 (great cause I was fighting a head cold. )

This is really a great hotel overall. It’s clean, the employees were friendly and the rooms are very nice and spacious. It’s located next to all kinds of great restaurants and a shopping mall. I will say, the hotel was fully booked and we came back from a hockey game and had to make a parking spot because there were not any more and it hadn’t snowed in a week, yet the parking lot was complete slush to the point you couldn’t see the parking spot lines and your shoes and socks and luggage were socking wet and dirty by the time you got in the building which was nasty, inconvenient and honestly not very safe for guests
