Can’t complain much, it’s a nice hotel. Looks better on the inside than the outside of the building. Room service was friendly and above and beyond, I asked for sugar for my coffee and room attendant brought me four different kinds of sugar lol. BUTTT one of the girls working at reception is absolutely incompetent. Super distasteful and rude with how she speaks to people. And for checkout, it cost $50 for an extra 30 minutes. But it was clean and comfortable.

My father and I stayed for two nights ( Mar 2/3-2026) in a one-bedroom, one-bathroom suite at Comfort Suites in London, Ontario. The suite was comfortable and well suited for our stay. Breakfast was good with a nice variety, including hot eggs, boiled eggs, cereal, and pancakes, which made mornings easy and convenient. The location was very convenient. Canadian Tire was right across the street, and Best Buy and Walmart were just a short drive away. There were also plenty of restaurants nearby, giving us many dining options. A nice extra touch was the 24-hour availability of coffee and a water dispenser with lemon slices, which was very refreshing and convenient.

Room was perfect for what we needed. Kitchenette worked well for what we needed. Beds were comfy, clean and overall the hotel was clean and quiet. Perfect for families.

We stay here every year when we come to London for dance competitions because of the large, clean rooms, friendly staff, and hot buffet breakfast that is included with our stay. The staff is courteous and professional, and always willing to help. The on-site EV charger is an added convenience!

In the middle of the night, when almost all guests were in deep sleep, a drunk man pulled out the fire alarm of the hotel (we were not sure if it was by accidentally or intentionally 😥), which killed the entire night. Negative.

This was probably the best Comfort Suites we've stayed at. Such a spacious, clean room! You could close the doors to the bedroom and sit in the "living room" without disturbing anyone. Staff was friendly and helpful and everything was clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.
