Close to shopping, food and casino. Right next to airport but quiet. Be advised that this hotel only turns the heat on at a certain time of the year so if you come in the fall and need a bit of heat your heat may not be on. But to their credit the staff did provide a small portable heater for my room which worked just fine. They also were very responsive to my request to fix the light in the bathroom. Very nice and responsive staff

The room and outdoor area was great The pool looks like it could use some updating. Had some friends visit and hung out in the garden area which was very nice as well. Fresh fruit and lemon water available daily in lobby.

We stayed at this hotel because it said they had a pool. The pool was closed the whole time. They should have put this on their website. They said they clean rooms every other day. However, I had to ask at the front desk on the every other day and she said we "requested" it. It took forever for someone to come to the front desk and to answer the phone many times.. We won’t be staying at this hotel again

We stayed in a king suite as a family of 4, as there is a king size bed and a pull out sofa bed. The sofa bed we intended for our kids to sleep in. It was tiny and old. A little bigger than twin but not quite full size. The mattress was terrible in the sofa bed, you can feel the springs and outdated. The king bed was comfortable and in the end our kids joined us in bed since I think the sofa bed should not even be advertised as a sleeping option. There were no extra pillows so we had to request some from room service. It was almost just set up for a couple even though we had put 2 adults 2 kids in the reservation. The room was huge which is a plus but there were a lot of outdated things like the microwave and refrigerator. We were disappointed that the indoor pool was closed for renovation this weekend, as our kids along with 2 other families with young children that booked with us was looking forward to that. Wish it somehow stated that update when we booked. Otherwise property was clean, safe and convenient

The hotel was clean with very comfortable rooms. It’s located right off the interstate which is a plus. One staff member, Pam, was nice and helpful. The young man and young ladies at the front desk were nice but the older ladies were not pleasant at all.

The property could use a refresh. I stayed for a week and not wondering did they vacuum even when they made up the room every other day. I arrived to find the indoor pool out of order and I was informed by the front desk that it would re-open later in the day. When I checked out a week later the pool was still closed and under major repairs.

Property was updated and clean. Staff was friendly. The room did not have enough towels or pillows. The HVAC leaked onto the floor. Breakfast bar was available but NOT included. The breakfast bar was overpriced. They did have a cute courtyard area

Loved facility...nice customer service.

Was not the room I booked through Expedia a month in advance. Was told that room was already booked by someone else. My wife is in a wheelchair and could not get her into the bathroom. Good thing I brought along a bedside commode. Forget using the shower. Impossible to get her in the bathroom let alone the shower. Also, could not get her wheelchair all the way into the room. We were only there for 2 night for a funeral so we made it work, but will never stay there again.

No air conditioning in our room. Advertises a bar in restaurant, restaurant is a limited Starbucks food menu, and the bar is a couple bottles of beer and a couple choices of wine.

This is a last minute reservation. The price was very reasonable. The clean was very clean top to bottom.
