A best hotel, and very good location. P.S. only the toilet is not good, very poor. Can't flushed the toilet. And no handle at the bathtub when lying in water. I hope the hotel could improve this. Thanks.

我们出门后把一张酒店的房卡放在了插电口，确保需要充电的东东可以在我们不在的时候充好电，但服务员收拾房子的时候却把卡拿走了。非常气愤！

Beautiful, clean, and friendly staff. Only downside was our room was directly across the street from the cinema. Lots of people outside well after midnight. Get a room away from the cinema side.

WE just love this hotel. We have stayed 4 times in the last couple years. We've brought big groups which they handle nicely and small groups the same! The rooftop is beautiful and the staff is wonderful especially the concierge who are super helpful and friendly. See you in September.

This hotel was very welcoming and friendly

After spending a week in Italy, we ended in Rome. Since this is an autograph Marriott hotel, we thought it would be just fine. Three rooms, documented pictures, and videos with their cleaning staff of bugs in the mattresses. There were complaints and reports of bedbugs in this hotel from June. The house manager refused to speak to us and relied on his staff in the front to deal with it. There are many options to stay in Rome, my advice is not to stay here

From the check-in to the room to the check out, everything was great. Centrally located and plan to keep this on our list of hotels to return when we are back in Rome next year.

Great location, next to Barberini metro stop...watch out for pick pocketers though, had my wallet stolen as we boarded a metro train (rush of people on/off caused disturbance). Nice roof top bar (future restaurant), but need reservations. Great view of many sites from the roof.
