Looked better in pictures, not worth the money

The cleaning staff was so bad,the fist day they didn’t clean the room even we put the hanger on the door the son one they they didn’t clean until 5:00 and st night when we want to sleep we noticed they didn’t even change the bed sheets ,they used the same dirty ones

Great stay, clean room, helpful staff. Elevators never quick enough and never all running. But will back for our annual family trip

Room was clean and spacious. The carpetless floors make the neighbouring rooms really loud. We felt like the baby next door was in our room. Check-in was slow since they only had 2 attendants working and one was tied up with a demanding guest. The location is very convenient.

The room and entire hotel was very clean and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I love top floors so was sooooo excited to get to stay there this time. Beautiful room!!!!!

Right from pulling up and checking in, the valet and front of house staff was great! The themed room was super fun and being right in the mall is the perfect staycation especially in winter! 2 of the elevators were down and they seemed a little short staffed at the beep desk, so checking out was a little slow. Other than that everything was great!

Was a super cool room! Staff and everyone was super friendly, we loved the themed floor. However the lamp above the jacuzzi was very crooked and we where not fully sure if the jacuzzi was very clean.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Very good place to stay with children. Mall has lots of things to do. Only complaint would be wait times for the elevators in the hotel. If I stayed again I'd like to be in the lower floors and I'd use the stairs.

We paid for a jacuzzi king suite and when we got there it was not available so they gave us a regular room and a $25 credit for the restaurant. The wait for the elevator was quite long and we had no view, but the bed was comfortable and staff were pleasant.

I was booked in an adjoining room. The family in the other room had a baby that screamed in the middle of the night and very early in the morning. Why would they place 2 adults beside a young family.

The room was 24.5 C and we weren’t able to cool it off. Turning the thermostat off and opening the window caused the heater to turn on more. The elevators take an eternity and are completely full when they arrive at your floor. The shower pressure is also terrible. Hotel really needs some upgrades. It’s convenient but we won’t be staying here again.

Shower had long black strands of hair stuck to shower stall for 3 nights we stayed there. Lobby bathroom was filthy and sink tabs were loose with inability to get water temperature to a warm. It was either hot or cold. Shower temp ok Mattresses were lumpy and truly this place needs upgrade and an overhaul. If it wasn’t for the perfect location I would not go back

Room was a little dated but clean and comfortable. All staff we dealt with were very courteous, cheery and helpful. Staff were 100% The last morning we woke up with no hot water and they compensated us appropriately for that.

A very clean room, NO DIRTY CARPET ON THE FLOOR. Good beds, clean bedding, nice pillows. Staff were always respectful and helpful. Restaurants food and drinks were great
