Coming off the freeway you had to be quick to find entrance or drive around 4 mile circle to get back to it? Parking? How many cars never moved during 3 days? Seams like lots were full always and be prepared to walk long distance to your car!!! Seams like the charge to park and breakfast price should be part of stay price. A charge for everything? Won’t be back. Much better places just across the street!!

I chose this hotel because of the pictured pool. We got there in the evening and the pool area was poorly lit, not what I'd expected. The next day, with more natural light, the pool looked dirty. Could just be age of pool or may have needed cleaned. Room was comfortable, breakfast buffet was good, staff were friendly enough

Bar opened at 5 closed at 10. Strange people and things in lobby area.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Stayed here due to a flight cancellation and was super grateful they allowed me to check in around 9am. The room was clean and the staff was really friendly. And the hotel is absolutely amazing very well designed . Would definitely visit their other chains.

Beautiful hotel. Besides the key card machines not working, the stay was wonderful. Would stay again.

Very nice stay, clean and friendly.

The clerk wasn’t friendly and explained nothing about parking. I asked about a shuttle to the nearby amphitheater and she just laughed and walked away. Eventually we received a code to park but it took some work. The pool looked disgusting. It was incredibly dirty. You couldn’t sleep in because it wax so loud. There was no soap in the dispenser at the sink. The keys didn’t work and to go through several until one worked. This place was a hassle. I would not stay here again or recommend it.

The bed was very comfortable. I did not experience the food. The restaurant only opened for breakfast. That was unfortunate because when I arrived, I would have eaten at the restaurant if it were opened. Also, Zi called the hotel to get information about the shuttle. I got 3 different answers about how the shuttle ran.

Staff was very nice. Management should be fired due to the place being so dirty. Carpeting has lots of stains and needed vacuuming tile floors dirty not been cleaned for a long time. Elevators dirty needed cleaned and polished. Bottom of doors horrible looking with dirt. Windows dirty. Lobby bar was clean but floors once again dirty. Such a shame this hotel was the CROWN but until it gets cleaned up no more for me.

Hotel is pretty but you can see and feel the grime that’s set in over the years in the hotel lobby, the carpets and all the hotel furniture.

Absolutely filthy & disgusting! From the pool to the hallways, to the ice machines & rooms that contain them with flies & filth & food ground into the ground! STEER CLEAR at all cost! Stay literally anywhere else!
