太令人失望了。我9月份晚上10点到11点左右入住，前台工作人员（貌似叫Tomy或Tony）粗鲁傲慢，完全不专业。我只是问能不能把两张单人床换成一张双人床，他就大声呵斥我。我问一些简单的问题，比如退房时间、早餐时间，或者借熨斗，他完全不理我。他甚至二话不说就抢走了我的身份证。 前台态度糟糕透了——不礼貌、不尊重人，完全不符合四星级酒店的标准。我再也不会住这里了，也不会推荐这家酒店给任何人。

位置优越，还会再来。

Nice room, easy to find food. Its great stay in Panda Hotel

The room is good not spacious but it's okay, near shopping center but far from central hongkong. The breakfast was same, all day we stay in.

I chose this hotel because it is easy to go to Disneyland and easy to go to HK international airport. The price is affordable and the location is strategic, mall and supermarket downstairs, good food and restaurant around the hotel. Recommended!

Lumayan, tempat mrtnya agak jauh

Nginap 4malam, hanya 1 malam dibersihkan itupun sabun dan lain-lain tidak direfil kembali. Padahal tiap hari sudah minta untuk dibersihkan. Cleaning service juga tidak menghargai privasi, tamu masih tidur tapi kamar dibuka paksa sama dia. Tolong lebih dimajukkan lagi kualitas pelayanannya agar tamu lebih nyaman.

Jangan ragu pilih Hotel Panda. Walau lokasi agak jauh dari Tsim Tsa Tsui (perlu waktu sekitar 45-60 menit dengan bus atau MTR), tapi harga, kenyamanan, luas kamar dan ukuran tempat tidur, menang banyak. Pertimbangkan juga kalau mau balik ke Indonesia dengan Cathay jam 9.20 pagi, naik bus E31 dari sini lebih singkat waktunya (45-60 menit) halte persis depan hotel, dan hanya sekali naik.

Convenience stay in panda hotel.

Staff very friendly. Self check-in kiosk mulfunction during check in time. Space quite big and comfortable. Check-in time too late 1500 hours and Check-out time too early 1100 hours.

The hotel is a tall building near other tall buildings, not a tall building near small buildings as suggested in that picture. They don't do the beds everyday (they occasionally even explicitly refuse to when requested). Rooms are small. We were asked if we preferred 2 single beds or 1 big one when booking. We chose 1 big one. At the hotel, they refused to provide a room with a 1 big bed as requested unless we paid more. When calling the reception/concierge, they once kept forwarding us and hung up. The safety box kept breaking and the air conditioner started dripping oil (?) And damaged our items. They cleaned our items and moved us to another room. Steam bath unavailable the whole ~3 weeks we were there. Overpriced restaurants. Otherwise excellent. Good, free Wi-Fi. Excellent location (inside an outlet shopping center with a huge supermarket and multiple clothing stores including Adidas, New Balance, and Puma and restaurants including KFC and Pizza Hut, subway station ~10 minutes by foot) and facilities (outdoor swimming pool naturally heated to ~30º C). Would stay again.

Hotel cukup strategis di atas mal AEON dan ke mana-mana tinggal jalan kaki naik MTR meskipun agak jauh jalan kaki.

Sangat menyenangkan, tidak susah cari makan dan belanja, sarapan pagi di hotel enak semua.

Akses nya mantap, dan di bawah hotel itu mall bisa belanja, mantap banget.

ต้องบอกว่าทางโรงแรมสนใจลูกค้ามาก เคยเม้นท์ว่าพนักงานคุยเสียงดัง กลับไปคราวนี้เป็นส่วนตัวมาก เงียบมาก ความสะอาด มารยาทพนักงานดีมาก ขอบคุณนะคะ

The staff are friendly and helpful. A bit noisy from the kids outside all the time.

Nice hotel. Will be back to stay here again.

The front desk staff of the hotel are friendly. We can store our bags before checking in and after checking out. The housekeeper will come in to clean every other day, but customers can request to change towels. Overall, very good.

We will stay again in this hotel.
