所有泳池都很早close (6pm)，希望可以延長。其他都很好。

Our stay here was truly wonderful! The hotel’s decor is elegant and refined, and the hand towels with various fragrances made each use a delightful experience. The room was thoughtfully designed, with all amenities made from bamboo, reflecting both quality and eco-consciousness — something I really appreciated. The bed frame was solid and the mattress was perfectly balanced between soft and firm, allowing for a restful sleep every night. Swimming every day was one of the most relaxing highlights of our trip. The staff at the entrance who assisted with transportation were extremely professional and always welcomed us with warm smiles, making us feel very at home. Compared to them, the front desk staff were a bit more serious, but overall the service standard was still excellent. A special thanks to Mii from the leisure center — she was an outstanding snorkeling guide who patiently led me and my child through our very first snorkeling experience, creating beautiful and unforgettable memories for us. Overall, it was a happy and refreshing holiday, and I truly look forward to staying here again in the future. Thank you so much!

Very nice hotel

我走遍世界，從沒住過這麼好的酒店，品質比關島的HITON很像！ 房間較大，酒店面績也很大，所有設施也很齊全

房間很大，很靚，感覺好舒適！酒店有很多玩樂設施，不出酒店也不怕悶，另外，即使不是自駕，交通也十分方便！巴士直達酒店！

The view right outside the window is terrific, the room is bigger than what I am used to as well make for a very nice and relaxing stay.

酒店很大, 房間整潔, 客服態度良好, 惟自助早餐餐廳較細, 用餐時要多預時間排隊入座, 另沙灘的沙很粗, 不穿鞋走在沙灘上會很痛....住客可免費使用沙灘毛巾, 沙灘遮及椅子.....坐在沙灘上很舒服.....

近市中心，開車坐的士都方便，這次是蜜月之旅，酒店熱心幫忙為我佈置房間和準備驚喜（當然要付錢XD），但他們都盡量依我的要求辦到

酒咨設施,員工服務態度跟一般5星酒店有限大落差。所謂酒店專用沙灘其實甚細, 通往沙灘木廊不穩, 令我路過時跘倒受傷, 而酒店竟然沒有First Aid，而酒店經理只推說法例毋需這個安排, 只需一個細小藥箱便可。該經理處理事件時態度亦甚傲慢。及後我便在酒店日式餐廳晚飯慶祝生日, 該餐廳5星級價錢, 食物,員工,用具質素卻1星也不如,在香港隨便一家日式餐廳都比這家好, 餐廳令人超級失望。整體全家酒店只有停車場最好，其他的1星已比多了，令人超級失望的入住體驗。

房間大，又有露台，沐浴露非常好用

Good location with resort facilities!

住在地下那層，但只有薄薄的白紗窗簾，晚上開着燈的時候，外面會看得房內一清二楚，另外早上，陽光會弄醒大家

The pool is great, room is spacious for family of 5. Location is good 15 mins drive to pier area where lots of restaurants choices. Familymart is just 8 mins walk from hotel. Just the room price is too high in summer time.

酒店房間夠大，又有泳池及海灘。唯原來酒店沙灘已不可玩煙花，要摸黑行15分鐘才可以有地方玩，有點失望。

酒店好近沙灘，酒店自己嘅泳池亦都好靚。係享受陽光海灘嘅一個好選擇！

The bay wing is definitely paid off

お盆休みに家族で利用させてもらいました。 ベイウィングに宿泊しましたが、ホテル内は清潔で気品があり、スタッフさん達も親切丁寧です。 朝食もとてもおいしかったです。 強いて言えば、プールに音楽を多少なりとも流してもらい雰囲気作りが有ればと感じました。 ナイトプールでも音楽が無いと寂しい感じになりました。

また泊まりたいです
