The hotel is cozy, cute, luxury where you hardly can find such a nice place like here! I would suggest to anyone who is looking for quiet, yet the hotel is locating at central area. The city, the atmosphere, the people, everything we love :)

Love the deco and the location! It's at the center of all the tourists attractions and very convenient. Staffs are friendly.

This is a beautiful little boutique hotel. We stayed in the room adjacent to the terrace. While the room was very cute, it was not functional. The air conditioner did not work properly, the ceiling is very low and the shower/tub had a very low ceiling, no shower curtain and you have to always manually hold the water spout to shower. Showering was a challenge and after my shower there was water everywhere. Again, beautiful room but not functional. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The location is also great.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped us secure a cab to car rental station and provided helpful suggestions for restaurants and tourist sights. Would recommend staying at this hotel.

Charming hotel in a charming town.

The service was exceptional! The hotel is centrally located two blocks from the main square. When we arrived, they had our rooms ready two hours early. They provided us with great information on where to go and had a welcome drink ready. Babette and Laurence were helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and well appointed. Though it's rustic, the hotel was updated in all the important areas. The bed was stellar, and the bathroom fully appointed and updated. Excellent water pressure in the shower (a common issue in boutique hotels) and a fully functioning coffee/espresso maker! Plus they provided a bottle of still and a bottle of sparkling water daily.

2階建ての可愛らしいお部屋でした。 2階の寝室は適度に朝日が入ってきて、朝スッキリ起きることができました。 コーヒー、紅茶のサービスやチェックイン時のチョコレートのプレゼント、チェックアウト時のクッキーのプレゼントも嬉しかったです。 立地もマルクト広場に近く、街歩きとお買い物を楽しむことができました。

Very nice, right in the middle of Bruges, friendly straff.

We arrives before check-in and received a warm welcome. Our luggage was waiting for us in our rooms when we returned later in the day. We enjoyed the canal-side terrace.

The property was was a gorgeous old building with heritage decor and lush furnishings. The staff were very friendly and helpful. With only 20 rooms a lot of individual attention is given. Absolutely loved my stay

Lovely 15 minute walk from the train station and situated close to the main square. Canalside meals and a marvelous breakfast!

Great location in the heart of Bruges a boutique hotel that offers charming facilities with very good standard and personal attentive service. Excellent extensive breakfast buffet with hot and cold choices served in a lovely dining room using quaint delicate crockery. We felt the Terrace area on the side of the canal was spoilt somewhat by the co-location of tourist boats and lines of tourists waiting to embark. Overall a very nice experience if a little overly expensive for what is on offer!

Easy access to many points of interest. This is a very elegant hotel.
