我喜欢这里离中国大使馆签证处近，步行10分钟即可。

Pro: the room is spacious. There is a gym available for guests. A shuttle bus is provided if you want to visit a limited number of places, including the nearest metro station. Con: many fundamental facilities and conditions are either in poor maintenance or extremely awkward situation. The wifi is suffering. It takes 5-10 minutes to log on to Gmail if you are lucky. If you are not, well, which is the 95% of the case, you cannot land on the hotel webpage which is by default the first webpage you will visit after connected to the internet. It is of desperate annoyance to spend such amount of money to stay in a pre-1990's world. There are three elevators in the building, and typically two of them are out of service. We have ordered a deluxe room holding up to 4 persons and there are 3 of us. After checking we found only 2 comforters were available and no slippers provided. We called the front desk and totally out of our expectation that we were replied "the supplement room is locked and the person in charge of this will not show up until tomorrow".

The staff was very nice, the furnishings were in good condition, however, the beds have corners that are sharp and stick out so far that it is difficult to walk around them without getting a bruise! Bathroom very small, mildewed grout.

Nice hotel. Very clean, staff is friendly. All imaginable services available - spa, gym, restaurant and bar. Charming Georgetown surrounding. Recommend

Great hotel

Sofa was absolutely filthy!! I would not sit on it or let anything touch it. The light by the closet was burnt out. No soft pillows available. Usually when there are 2 pillows offered per person. All of them were hard. Furniture was slightly outdated but I can live with that. Clean except for the sofa. Staff both at checking and checking out were totally awesome. Extremely friendly, professional, caring, helpful, neat appearance and cheerful. I would stay there again if I had the need. I’m certain they sent people up to address the issues. They discounted my parking fee.

Hotel is on a busy street. Too much traffic noise.

Easy access to all the attractions. Walk to good restaurants. Safe & clean. Must see all the amazing museums. I wish I stayed longer

Staff was good

Helpfulness and friendliness, as well as professionalism of the hotel staff was beyond expectations. Location is great, plenty places to eat at, trader joe’s and whole foods within walking distance, main attractions a short ride away. But keep in mind, like in every old building there is very light soundproofing. One can easily participate in the conversation next door) Nonetheless, i can wholeheartedly recommend the place. Clean, convenient and friendly. Oh, and the food at the restaurant downstairs is delicious!

This is the perfect place to stay in Georgetown if you need access to groceries and close to American University.

Perfect value and stay

Great location — close to shops but still tucked away and quiet. The hotel has nice touches, like a spa and 24/7 snacks, which I appreciated. The restaurant looked busy and fun, though I didn’t get a chance to try it. Staff were warm and welcoming throughout my stay. My room was a bit musty, but otherwise comfortable. Overall, a solid stay and I’d happily come back.

Parking is not free. One night parking $58. 2 am unauthorized credit card charges.

very nice place to stay

I booked at the last minute and arrived at the hotel at about 11:30 am. I told the desk agent that I had a reservation and asked if there was a room in my category that was ready. She said that there was a room ready and that she would charge me EXTRA for early check in. What⁉️ After 1:00 I could check in for the nightly room rate. I went to the national zoo (nearby) and enjoyed walking around for a couple hours.
