This is our 2nd time stayed to this hotel in sarnia. Staff are very helpful especially Sheryl. The breakfast is amazing lots of variety to choose from. The room was absolutely clean. Parking is very accessible. Nice quiet place to enjoy and relax. We will definitely going back there again

Okay Stay! The area is next to an old open lot. The place pretty good for a cheap stay. Lots of tradesmen stay while working, and smoke and socialize outside. It is kind of nice! The rooms are older but still very new. The staff are good. TV’s are old, no smart tv. All and all it is a nice spot.

Air conditioning unit is way too loud, can't keep it on during the night

Breakfast items can be improved

The room was adequately clean. I found light behind the mirror inadequate for applying makeup and the overall lighting in the room too dark with black shades and air conditioner & highway traffic very noisy.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. This hotel is immaculate, the beds were extremely comfortable, the staff was beyond friendly and professional, as well as very accommodating. They go above and beyond to make the breakfast experience wonderful and the food was delicious. Lots of great options for hot and cold food. This place greatly exceeded our expectations! You will not find a better hotel in Sarnia!

Everything and All staff especially The Breakfast Person were amazing

Manager was extremely rude. Charged me extra costs for people just visiting in my room. And refused to give me keys to my own room when getting in late at night. Never recommend and never stay again.

Fantastic stay!! Amazing value. By contrast I have since moved on to a new property state-side that is costing me nearly twice as much and is half as nice. The Sarnia Comfort Inn was terrific. So clean. Comfy bed. Quiet. Such kind and friendly staff. I can't comment on breakfast because it was served too early for me. Ending by 9:00 for someone on holiday was a bit much but I think they cater to a lot of working folk who are up and gone first thing. I didn't care as I am not a big breakfast person anyway. My only "complaint", a word I use lightly, was the bathroom. The toilet was SO low, it was a bit of a knee buster, lol! And I found the entey door swinging IN towards the shower quite inconvenient. There was no room to move and I am not a big person. So if bathroom space is important to you, perhaps consider an accessible room as I would assume the bathroom would be larger. This is a very small note though. I really enjoyed my stay and when I return to Sarnia I will stay there again. Just book it!! You won't be disappointed 🙂
