Near many resturants and attractions. Clean rooms staff helpful.

Maybe not the best area but it was fine.

Tv wasn't working at 1st .. staff fixed it right away

The pool was in rough shape and the hot tub was not in use there were lots of partying going on that night which is surprising for a Wednesday my daughter did sleep much i told here she should have called the front desk she didn't know thats the only thing that was bad

Used to love staying here but my last stay while i was going to the hospital was horrible.

Perkins Restaurant on site had 55 plus menu with discount and generous portions. The pot roast was delicious. The pet friendly room was clean and nice. The staff was helpful. Easy parking. Very pleased

My family and I had a nice little vacation last month, we quite enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It's a very quick walk to the beach and Science North.

This is our go to Hotel in the GSA.

There seemed to be a lot of noise at night. The night we were there, there was an incident in the lobby and the police were called. There is a gap around the doors to the rooms which lets in a lot of light at night. The staff was friendly and helpful. The day we were there the pool was closed but no sign was posted in the lobby. No idea why the pool was closed as there was water in the pool.

The room smelled of smoke

Iwould have elected for no star if that was an option! Traveling with two kids the jr suite looked good, kids in the room and I on the pull-out. There were two panes of glass broken in the french doors leading to the bedroom and the pull out was horrendous! If i had a shovel i may have been able to see the mattress. Given the time of night and our schedule i got a blanket from the front desk and slept fully dressed on the floor ( on the blanket )

A little tired, but generally quite acceptable.

Could modernize and use vinyl flooring instead of rug and update the shower, but nice and clean and comfortable and would stay again

My room was filthy and stunk. I had to go buy cleaning supplies and Lysol spray before we could sleep it was so bad. They did not jave any other rooms available inbthe hotel. They iffered ua complimentary breakfaat for 2 but only gave us one coupon for 20.00 which did not even cover one breakfast. We gave them back their coupon and will not return to this hotel again.

My room smells really bad of smoking as soon as we opened the door. Notified the front desk and he came to spray the room but it was just for temporary. We were up mid of the night caused of the smell again. I didn't like the facts they only offered me the only 15% discount for my room. It was just too late to book another hotel when we checked in and they have no other room for us. Their cleaning crew should have known about this and got it fixed before we arrive as we checked in very late after 8pm.

The room was clean, however, the carpets are stained and disgusting looking. There is no hottub.The priperty did not look well cared for.

The room was not clean and the mattress had a lot of stains. When this was informed to the front desk staff I was told it's the same in all rooms and there's no point in switching rooms. The shower curtain also smelt pretty bad.
