Little selection for contental breakfast..pool & hot tub were non fuctioning. Beds were old & terribly uncomfortable ,squeeked every time i moved (mattresses very old)

Pool was not available. Phone in room was not working. TV channels not available. Staff came to room and could not resolve issue. Staff offered to relocate us to a room with working television but then disappeared and never got back to us so we were without television for the evening.

Our room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. We had a ground floor that opened right up to our truck for moving hockey equipment around and travel items. Pool was closer but didn't care. The lady that looks after the breakfast was amazing and should get a raise. Food was always fresh and hot. She would even go cook more if you asked. She needs to be tipped over and over. Give her a raise. We'd stay there again because of her. Thank you

The room was not well maintained, the pool was again out of commission, the door key needed to be reset several times. The room was clean, the breakfast was nice, the staff were also nice and the bed and pillows were good - had a good night's sleep.

We booked this hotel so we could swim in the pool and relax in the hot tub. Neither was working. We had no idea it was out of service for at least a month. Hallways and rooms smelled like BO. Won't be coming back.

Parking was good. Breakfast was edible. Room stunk like smoke even though it was a no smoking room. I think they stuck me above the smoking rooms. Gross

We forgot about breakfast but parking was right outside our door. The rooms were very clean. Beds were comfy. The couch no but beds yes.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Hot Breakfast (scrambled eggs,bacon and waffles).

There is ample parking you just have to dodge loads of trash,cigarette butts and dog poop. The room was dingy and it smelt horrible for a non smoking room. The room was very outdated and mismatched. I sat on a chair with a towel on it, that's how dirty it felt ☹️The toilet paper roll kept falling onto the floor, there was some sort of cigarettes in a pack that my puppy found from under the bed and a straw left on the table from a juice box. White drips on the mirror in the foyer and the bathroom and mould in the tub.How was I to feel like this room had been cleaned ? The breakfast wasn't bad and was as advertised. I could not wait to leave this place. When I checked in the gentleman who checked me in smelt like he had been on a bender and had not showered in days- I was at least 3 feet from him and at least he ate up all my time with his personal stories of how he likes weed and described his sexual orientation. I can assure you I will not be returning to this hotel even though it's pet friendly.

Damaged room, and bathroom shower was very dirty

The washroom was disgusting. The shower was full of pink mold (bacteria) which I was told was left over cleaning solution when it clearly wasn’t. Either way, it’s obviously not being cleaned if the shower is still covered of cleaning solution.

Clean room

We had 1 hiccup, the t.v wasnt clear. Called the front desk, lady came down tried to fix it as we didnt want to change rooms. Next day, just as she said a maintenence man showed up and fixed the problem. Fantastic!

Great place, however, no elevator made it a challenge getting luggage to room for a 70 year old.
