Misleading pictures while booking. Washroom was too small and too bad

The room was clean but shabby- broken tiles, warped doors, very dated. We needed a place that accommodates pets so I guess we can’t be choosy but we have had much nicer.

Rooms are outdated especially bathrooms. Wet ceiling tiles. Need smart TVs. Curb appeal needs attention. Not located in a high end area. Beds were comfy though. You pay for what ya don’t get!

The property is a bit run down but it serves the purpose for a place to sleep and it offers a free breakfast in the price which makes it a budget friendly place to stay. The sink drain needs to be unclogged as the water doesn't drain

Breakfast was spot on. Staff were very efficient. Room was ok but would be better with some renovation especially the toilets. Overall, it was a good stay and I loved the affordable price.

No microwave, no fridge. Floors were dirty. Television didn't work. Manager was very cooperative and brought us another tv when the maintenance couldn’t fix it. All this was so contrary to what Expedia claimed. Will never trust them again.

that had to pay to park on property no fridge microwave in room extra charge for fridge had to walk to main office for microwave never heard of this at any other hotel 200 plus a night i should get fridge microwave not to mention mode in room behind bathroom door

Hotel very dirty. Breakfast area not good selection of food especially no protein No microwave in hotel room. Parking poorly designed Yet they charge you 10/day. For what??

The room was dirty, smelled of mildew, had gum on the wall. There were a lot of people out side their rooms, drinking and smoking, felt unsafe.

staff working in the food area should wear a hair net.

A place to rest for the night. No mircowave, no mini fridge, no tv

The room was dirty. Charged for parking but not for everyone when I asked a few people. Towels and linens looked so old. If I did not pay already I would have left. So bad that I will never stay at another Howard Johnson.

The staff are personable and honest. The make your own waffle machine is as good as it gets. Just take your time and don't rush it. Make a friend while you wait the 2:50. Spend less time looking under your bed and you will enjoy a more comfortable sleep. Watch out for the very aggressive shower. It's HOT!

The AC in our room did not work, it was like trying to sleep in a sauna. In my parents room the TV did not work. Not a great place , very old looking. Their breakfast was good but they have one waffle maker for everyone and you have to wait in line , at 3 minutes a waffle it takes a while when several people are in line. Wouldn't stay again.

No fridge in the room, poor tv chanel offer and a waste bin in front of the door.

It was not a fancy hotel but they are working to improve it. The room were clean, the breakfast was as described and staff were friendly and helpful. It was worth the cost and I would stay there again.
