The place is clean, has a great location, but the room furniture is dated

Front desk workers were rude and unhelpful. I left something in the room when leaving and the front desk gave me a key card that didn’t work- twice! The curtains were broken, our view was of garbage cans, there was a bright light shining in the room all night from outside. The bed was so uncomfortable, springs digging in while sleeping. I feel the front desk purposefully picked the worst room for us. Would not stay again

Check was speedy and friendly. I had a king room that was very clean. The lounge was great for beverages and served the restaurant menu. Tried the Bison Stew and their truffle fries. Then in the morning I had their breakfast buffet. The scrambled eggs were so fluffy and the sausage rounds were amazing! Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would come back again.

Property was very beautiful would only go again only because how beautiful the hotel is if only have to again. Staff was the most unhelpful. Since I booked the room through Expedia I thought breakfast was included it was just confusing from my side I asked three employees first two were not helpful at all then the third was said no u don’t since I booked it from Expedia in such a tone that I felt like I made a mistake booking through Expedia.

I was refused access to hotel because the deal clerk was an idiot. Nothing good to say.

The staff were fabulous; the room clean and comfy; the location is central to our shopping needs; the price was reasonable. The room itself could use a little updating and tlc. Otherwise we have stayed here many times and really appreciate how relaxed the ambiance is and how quiet the rooms are.

It’s close to South Edmonton Common

Clean room, fantastic customer service, could have more parking as it was quite full and only 2 handicap stalls. My hubby needed a handicapped stall and the people parked in them did not have validation tag on the window.

Amazing customer service during checkin and checkout! We had a lovely stay for two nights!

Needs new bed and upgrade bathroom

The bed was okay, but if I had a suggestion, it would be to clean the bathroom shower heads after each use. They were obviously grimy and need a good soaking. The toilet also stayed running the entire time so we needed to fix it each time we flushed. More regular maintenance and cleaning could help.

The staff were excellent. Beds are comfortable.

While our room was clean, it had a very "damp" smell to it that didn't disappear. The rug was very worn and fraying at the seams. The rooms can definitely use an update. Our room was a neat design with 2 separate rooms for sleeping and the bathroom in between. We didn't use any amenities but did like the large above-ground parking area as we had a trailer with us and could park at the end away from others so we didn't take up extra spaces.

Lobby was unique Native design. Impressive. Room was clean. Exercise room was enjoyed. Close to shopping snd restaurants. Breakfast was 12 bucks. So so.

Travelled with 3 kids and two adults. Stayed in the family suite, 2 king room. Stayed 4 nights. Advertised 2 tvs, one per room, only one tv was in the entire room. We did talk to the front desk and they were able to move us the next night to a suite with two tvs. The beds were so hard as well as the pillows. Our room also did not have any outdoor lighting as we faced into the lobby. It was quite dark in our room with only 3 lamps per room to light it up. We were woken up each morning by 6am to music being played in the lobby that echoed into our room. Even after asking that they not do that, they did. The AC worked quite well in one of the rooms but the air never seemed to make it to the other room causing one to be a little too cold and the other to be slightly warm. The staff was friendly, the room size was great! But the rest was unpleasant.
