The food was delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Rooms are pretty good overall not a bad place to stay. My issue was is I paid for my room then on check out the lady tried to make me pay for my room again from my incidentals. If it was for the fact I kept my receipt I would've had to pay twice for my room. Even when I show her my receipt I was questioned the date and time that I made my payment. Yet I clearly showed on my receipt.

This was my first time booking a hotel on my own and the staff were so kind and accommodating to me and my friends! I definitely will be back :))

Comfortable clean room. Rugs cold be shampooed. Breakfast was good!

Room was surface clean. Carpet may have been vacuumed but had many paint spatters & was old & worn. Tiled floors had many paint spatters and paint streaks. Bedding was clean & relatively comfortable. The desk chair was extremely worn out on the seat portion. Bathroom fixtures were clean & served their purpose. Overall very dated room. Complimentary breakfast was very sparse & dry. Attendant would bring out only enough pieces of small egg omelet, hashbrowns & sausage per individual person. As though she had been given instructions as to the allotment of food per individual. On a brighter side, the pool is awesome. Parking was plentiful. Staff very nice.

The property is under renos therefore there is some things out that is why I gave some of the property a lower score. It sure will be nice once renos are done. Being in renos it was sure very clean.

Good location and price ( included a good breakfast) - dirty carpet in room and unable to raise temperature in room - overall the stay was satisfactory.

Clean room, very helpful staff, especially in the lounge and the breakfast buffet.

They told us the place was under construction but we did not see anyone working. the mouldings were off the hallways and it looks grungy. The rooms were cramped and small. for the price they should be twice the size.

Breakfast was hot and fresh. Real food not prepackaged style

We have now stayed at the Border Inn 5 or 6 times. Disappointed that it was still under renovations as our room had a old dirty room carpet & worn furniture. Once renoes are complete will be much better. Evening Chech-in Front desk staff should be trained better as very limited interaction and seemed disinterested in job. No hot tub and small swimming pool. Breakfast was good.

Says theyre renovating and definitely could use it. Cracked baseboards and walls. But decently clean. Just dated.

We were given a dirty room, the pillows were square and hard, the wifi barely worked, the elevator smelled bad, the tv was super old

The front desk staff were not super helpful or friendly. The free continental breakfast in the morning really is poor. We have stayed there in the past and been quite happy although I guess things have changed.

Budget hotel. For the price I would stay again.

The eggs and coffee were very good. The rest was very disappointing

Perfect place to stay while in town for 1 night. The hotel is quite dated, but no complaints about the cleanliness. The breakfast provided was delicious.
