Pool and hot tub was nice to use every evening. It was mostly clean except for hair clumps at bottom of pool. Staff was friendly.

No microwave or mini-refrigerator, are friends had one and the staff told me your not guaranteed one. For the price not worth it.

Very handy for location to a cemetery I annually visit.

The room was clean and comfortable. The pillows were small but that is just not my preference. It was quiet even though on a main road. IHOP is attached to the restaurant for breakfast but closes early in the day - not open for dinner. The location is about a 10-15 minute drive to the falls and Skylon. Very easy to get around town.

The hotel looks older but the lobby is well kept. The room was another story. The shades on the lamps were really gross, stained and what looked like mold. Also, the tub wouldn’t drain. Not a hotel I would stay in again.

Great hotel

Friendly staff. Dark rooms, not enough lights, broken existing lamps. There were 2 people outside the front of the building that stayed there for two days while we were there.

Staff was lovely and helpful. Rooms and hotel where clean.

The service was not exceptional, but it was satisfactory given the price I paid. The staff was friendly and promptly resolved any issues I encountered.

Truly a great experience. Hotel was clean and smelled great (not covered up like many). Showers and faucets provided actual volume of water and actual hot water. Staff was friendly and prompt for the most part. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

We had a great stay! They have amazing staff, nice and clean rooms, good size bathroom, swimming pool and whirpool and also a great IHOP restaurant for breakfast downstairs.
