We got upgraded to the best view room. And we are on the way back to stay again because our next trip has just been canceled. We love staying at this hotel.

The room was modern, bright, and very cozy. The large beds comfortably fit 2 adults and 2 kids without any problem. The location was perfect—right in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, just a short walk to the tst mtr station and close to a bus stop. Our room had a beautiful view of Victoria Park, which was especially lovely in the morning. The in-room amenities were complete and thoughtful. For the price, this hotel is one of the best values in Hong Kong. Highly recommended for families!

I had excellent stay with my husband here celebrating Chinese New Year 2025. The room was big (27 m2) for Hongkong standard and for the amount of money spent in Tsim Sha Tsui area. Our room have separate shower and bath tub area although there is no bidet. Bed was comfortable, and most importantly, our room is very clean with no musky odor. Location is also strategic in the middle of a bustling area. It is near the MTR station and bus station. You can go to the airport with a direct bus (the bus stop is near the hotel), so you don't have to carry luggage up and down the stairs/elevator like you do with MTR, very convenient. Gym is 24 hours and the pool is heated. Staffs are also friendly. Will definitely stay here again when going to Hong Kong.

แต่ควรมีของวางหลากหลายในส่วนของคลับและ อาหารเช้าไม่ค่อยมีอะไรควรเพิ่มเติมมากๆคะ ห้องพักจริงๆวันที่ไปถ้ารู้ว่าห้องข้างๆจะจัดงานแต่งควรเลือกห้องอื่นให้เพราะรบกวนตลอดทั้งคืนเลยคะ

The room was exquisite, comfortable, modern, with a strategic location. As with the majority of hotels in Hongkong, don't expect it has a bidet.

The staff are friendly, they even provide umbrella when it is raining and well versed with the bus and train route. We had a very pleasant stay.

ห้องพักสะอาด กว้างดี แต่พัก2 คืนไม่มีทำความสะอาด ผ้าขนหนูให้ผืนที่ขาดๆมา ไม่ทันได้สังเกต ไม่รู้ว่าจะโดนหักมัดจำไหม ห้องไม่ค่อยเก็บเสียง คนเดินผ่านทางเดินยังได้ยิน แต่พนักงานให้บริการดี ฝากกระเป๋าได้

Bawahnya hotel Donki pakai lift yang sama dengan hotel ke B1 sudah tembus Donki, ada makanan, Disney Sanrio, Mario, depan hotel Mira Mall 1, KFC, sebelah hotel coffee shop dan mal The One, Masjid Kowloon 200 meteran tapi nyebrang, makanan halal ada Korea halal kimchi 500 meteran, ada halal burger mate, kebab, resto Turki, stasiun MRT sekitar 300 meteran, hotel bersih nyaman dekat dengan keramaian, staff ramah cek in mudah dan ramah, awalnya mau order hotel Marco Polo tapi info guide nyaman hotel The Mira, Marco Polo dekat mal mewah luxury dan branded.

Mantap. Lokasi sangat bagus. Hotel mewah.

Kamarnya cukup bagus dan bersih, tapi sayangnya suaranya agak nembus tembok.

Its right on the top of Don Don Donki, next to the Mira mall (which has Muji, UG, uniqlo, and else) Lots of good street food, and japanese cosmetic store. The lobby smells a bit strong. They need more maintenance for their lifts (elevators), it keeps open to the walls (not sure which floor). But they have like 4-5 elevators.

We returned to The Mira HK again for our 10th wedding anniversary after our last stay more than 6 years ago and once again, we had a great stay in terms of the hospitality. The location of the hotel is a huge plus as it is situated right in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui and it is also surrounded by shopping malls and fine food choices in its vicinity. The only downside would probably be the window we had as it was facing an archaic building with windows facing us nearby and we had to keep the blinds shut throughout our stay for privacy. Furthermore, we had opted to stay in a suite this time round instead of a normal room as we have 2 young kids with us for this trip hence we had probably subconsciously expected a room with a upgrade view (compared to our last trip). We were also not offered an upgrade to our room even though it was our wedding anniversary and my colleague who came and stayed at The Mira one week earlier was actually offered an complimentary upgrade and also free drinks at the bar. Not sure why the discrepancy in privileges even though my colleague was only staying in a normal room.

Hotel merupakan bagian dari pusat perbelanjaan dan punya supermarket jepang Don Don Ki yang buka 24 jam dengan akses langsung dari lobby hotel. Sangat nyaman dan mudah plus ga terlalu jauh dari MRT (5 menit jalan kaki). Pelayanan baik dan menyenangkan. Kebersihan juga bagus, plus pengalaman check in dan check out sangat gampang dan cepat. Semua staff very very good.

Mira hotel is nicely located at the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui. MTR entries are very close. It is very proximate to various restaurants and shopping places. The hotel room is fairly average in size (hongkong standard) but well maintained and very clean. Housekeeping is excellent and generous in changing towels etc.

The rooms were thoroughly cleaned and the staff were all friendly. Due to peak season, check-in queue was abit long so the concierge offered to keep our luggages until we were done with the check-in. Very accessible to MTR and nearby shops. The only complaint I have is that the soundproofing wasn't that great, as I could hear other rooms closing their doors and loud thuds from somewhere late in the night. Overall the stay was pleasant.

Location was great just in front of Department Store and 24 hrs. Donki Store and the room was very clean with good room design quality amenities. The staff more friendly and helpful
