This is my go-to place to stay when I’m traveling for work. They make the check-in easy, the rooms are impeccably clean, staff are friendly and accommodating and the breakfast is delicious. They also have an extensive work out room that offers more fitness equipment than most hotels.

The bed was horrible! It sloped down on one side and you could feel the springs. The pillows were just a bunch of foam pieces inside and it was impossible to get comfortable with them. The floors in the public areas needed to be mopped. We received no maid service in our 3 night stay. On a positive note: The staff was friendly and the location was safe.

Clean quiet

My most favorite part was taking an evening swim followed by a nice cup of chamomille tea. This is my second time staying here and I will come again.

What you'd expect for a BW Plus. It had everything we needed! I'd definitely stay there again. Convenient, cozy, and the price wasn't too bad.

The hotel was very convenient to the freeway and a short drive to both the Bellingham downtown and waterfront areas. The front desk staff were all very pleasant. Breakfast was good! Real oatmeal, not instant! Good quality breakfast sausages. The bed was a little mushy, the room refrigerator clicked and made popping noises. The A/C worked well. GREAT bathroom - excellent shower.

The nighttime staff was extremely friendly. The breakfast was excellent. If you want any cleaning services you need to request it in advance which we weren't aware of. Overall it was a very pleasant stay we would book again.

The staff were incredibly kind, professional and helpful. The hotel looked newly renovated and beautiful!

Staff was friendly and room was clean. Whole hotel overall smelled very musty and seemed old. Breakfast area was way too small for everyone to try to get food and/or sit to eat. Parking filled up fast and sometimes had to park way back in corner of lot away from people/lights.

Good breakfast and clean room but the bed was worn out and not comfortable.

Overall I like this property and this was my second stay. My biggest frustration was that there was only one sitting chair in a room with 2 beds (& 2 of us traveling). The office chair was useless as it leaned back so far as to not support your back. When I asked at the front desk for a replacement, the staff did not seem experienced in handling such inquiries which was disappointing.

Convenient and nice. Fresh baked cookies in the evening!

It was fine for what it is. Not super close to downtown walking wise. Pool was nice. Def a lot of people having issues with fentanyl in this area. Don't let your kids pick up anything off the ground especially money. Hotel only has one way in and one way out as well. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lock your car.
