This hotel is convenient for me for visiting my sister. The assistant manager Brittany was extremely helpful in resolving and issue for me. The attractive metal fence along the entry road is falling over and needs to be fixed.

Lovely, quiet property different from typical Hotels in the middle of a parking lot with traffic noise. The location of the property with park-like grounds is a big plus. The staff was friendly and helpful as well.’

Comme d’habitude avec Hampton Inn, tout est propre et parfait. La chambre est très grande et le lit un paradis. Quel confort !!!

Property was very clean and nice in appearance. The room was modern, clean and in good repair. I travel with my pet and they did not have pet poo bags stocked at the disposal can. Nor did they have trash cans in general. So everyone was using the pet poo can and it was overflowing. Overall, loved staying there and will again.

I had to stop in Kennewick because I got tired driving and I just looked this up on Expedia booked it. Check-in was easy and nice. My room was very clean and breakfast was amazing. I did love that. They had a half size fridge in there which was nice, it smelled good in there too.

I booked this hotel and air late the night before as a friend had a medical emergency and we had to get to spokane asap. The price of this hotel was higher then others but it was closest to the hospital or so I thought. Its not. After realizing I booked hotel far, my husband contacted hotel . He spoke to shannon and the manager and told them what happned and they said they would refund our money since we were not staying there, it wasnt even 24 hours later and the terrible circumstances.Then expedia called them to verify they would give refund and they told them to not refund us the money. Expedia then took and kept money. Why not just say No upfront that they didnt want to refund. They didnt leagally have to give money so why say you would and then not. That would have been understood and eaiser. Not really nice but they had the right.We ended up staying at the hotel next to hospital downtown. Very nice place. Honest, kind. I would stay downtown again. Integrity matters. This place is a huge NO. Thanks for making a hard situation worse.
