It was like spending the night in an MRI machine the upstairs and neighbor air conditioners kicking in and out thumping and banging all night long there is fruit flies in the room I asked to check in early they accommodated me but I don't think they changed the sheets the bathtub has got missing paint and botch marks everywhere no idea it was clean or not I was so completely grossed out humidity level was incredible I think it should be against the law for motels to be able to pose as hotels this place is extremely dated it is a motel like I stated like 1970's era there's some awesome art murals on the roof pool and hot tub look pretty awesome but I did not get a chance to try them this is a you get what you pay for

we do love the breakfast and because we are on holidays. I would like to see a later breakfast. We get up at 9 am and breakfast is over. At least we should get 24 hr coffee like Sure Stay Hotels. I would like to see more grain breads besides white

Felt like our stay was us basically renting a room from the owners house. No one at front desk most time. Old hotel with small rooms

Breakfast was reasonable and the hot tub was good.

Breakfast was the same few choices daily. Rooms have furniture and beds upgraded, but linens were scratchy, bathrooms NOT updated, tub dripped constantly, towels stained. Parking lot, etc.. were very dirty. Pool foggy, same with hot tub. Very dark dingy rooms. Lighting and paint would help a lot! Staff was ok, hotel was full, but we likely would not stay again.

I’m sure it was a very nice hotel at one time, but it has not been maintained or cleaned properly. There is an odor in the room and the main area. The main area where the pool is was very hot as all the room air conditioning was vented in there. Our room was unclean, there was hair and dried soap in the bathroom, a wet used kitchen sponge in the kitchenette with dried mustard on the counter. Cracked counter top in the bathroom, the phone didn’t work, wifi was glitching. Lots of loitering in the parking lot, wasn’t well lit. It didn’t feel like a safe place for a young family. Definitely don’t recommend and will never stay again.

The pool was great! Unfortunately there was garbage all around outside the building. Our bathroom door didn’t close properly. The room was pretty cramped. The kitchen has 2 stove burners but no microwave. We could hear lots of noise from other rooms, the a/c was so loud! There’s no screen on the window. The breakfast was okay. I see why it’s 2.5 stars.

Room was not clean at all. Stains on the sheets and wads of soap on the counters and tub. There was still garbage around the room from previous guests. The bathroom light flickered non stop and the water temperature would change from freezing to scalding hot in the shower. The hallways were extremely hot and doors were left wide open, though the air conditioning in the room was alright. The pool was lovely, however, it could have been cleaned as the water was a bit murky. There also were no towels in the pool area for my kids to dry off before coming back to the room. Also, if you have difficulty with stairs, this is not the place for you, unless you get a room on the ground floor, because there is no elevator. It didn’t bother us, but may not be good for some. Our room did have a beautiful view, which was nice.

The room is amazingly clean, including bathroom. We are on our 6th days out in our travel so we have lots of clothes need to wash and very glad they have a washer and dryer with free detergent .It's a kid friendly hotel they have swimming pool and hot tub. My kids enjoy our stay. once we get in to our room we decided to stay longer in Lethbridge. lol.They have ice machine too if you need some for cooler. The place is very quiet the staff / front desk are very nice. Thank you for providing complimentary breakfast for your guests. I would rate their breakfast excellent for serving warm eggs and pancakes. Excellent place to stay. Looking forward to visit Lethbridge again. This place is a gem in Southern alberta with reasonable price.Keep it up Days Inn!

Pro: It was nice to eat breakfast in the courtyard. Middle: The property is dated. Cons: - There was no trolley to be found for us to use for our baggage. - However, our biggest problem was the cleanliness: we found someone else's hair stuck in our "clean" towel, the kleenex box was left empty, we found a bug running around in the bathroom, the sink and tub drains did not drain well so water pooled... it left me questioning what else was not looked at and how "clean" the room really was - gave me the icks

So bathroom was sort of not great with pee stain on floor around toilet,secondly bathtub had flakes of paint or pieces of resin coming off. Shower had almost no water coming out of the head as the switch to turn from faucet to head was broke. Room was very good for most part and bed was good but the pillows were very flat and small.

Booked as just needing a place to sleep, not too picky & have stayed at other Days Inn before but not like this one, in fact did not stay after viewing the room & first impression.of pulling in was that of a sleazy motel, garbage all over parking lot, people drinking on the outside stairs. Pictures looked reasonable for price but are deceiving. Entire hotel smelled like smoke had a non smoking room which smelled like smoke, unkept & a used washcloth was sitting in the bath/shower. That was all I noticed for the minute I was in the room. Went to front desk for a refund & it was promptly granted with no hesitation which is most likely a normal occurrence as to the ease of the refund. I’m not trying to bash a decent hotel but this is not one. iIt was absolutely terrible & surprised it has as high of a rating as it does. Hey YouTuber Ryan Trahan if you are feeling brave gave this one a stay/review.

The property needs some repairs, renovations.

Room was dirty. Hair in the showers and stained towels.

Gross rooms. Super dirty. Shower was dirty, AC didn’t work. Not worth the money at all.

My kids enjoyed staying here. It’s clean.

Disgustingly dirty room. Tub was filthy, bed had dirt on it, counter unclean. Not a good experience.

The room needed some attention to maintenance. The bathroom was quite noticeable the towel rack bent and almost free of the wall, the bathtub water valve was loose where you adjust water temperature. The main door to the unit door latch hardware was very loose to the degree where it was jamming to prevent exiting the unit. There was a build up off debris around the cabnets. Breakfast was great and the pool was warm a nice bonus. The hot tub worked great. There was a nice view of the high level bridge from the room which was nice.A high light of lethbridge for sure.

Property is not well kept, pool hours are not convenient, all air conditioners in pool are dump heat into the area and make it unbearable, breakfast is sloppy and pathetic, in desperate need of an update.
