前台工作人员一点也不友好。尽管我们事先要求换房间，他们还是给我们安排了8楼的房间作为第一晚的住宿。第二天早上，尽管我们明确要求的是无烟房，但8楼的走廊里弥漫着浓重的大麻烟味。我们反映后，前台的一位先生非常抱歉，并帮我们换到了12楼的房间，但遗憾的是，房间的视野仍然很差，正对着停车场。 我之前看到通过Traveloka预订包含所有费用，但很遗憾，事实并非如此。撒哈拉酒店每晚额外收取了50美元，总共加收了250美元。 房间的清洁度不错，虽然设施略显不足，沐浴露和洗发水的质量很差。直到第三晚我们才收到沐浴露。 房间里没有热水。 就简单的住宿而言，撒哈拉酒店还算可以接受。酒店提供免费停车，附近还有单轨列车站。

Lovely hotel! We got a free room upgrade to a suite. Excellent location with free parking & access to the monorail for the rest of the strip. Rooms were spotless & staff was super helpful. Highly recommended! Even with the resort fee it is still super affordable for the 5 star experience we received.

Marra king room is beautiful and clean and the service was great.

I booked for “W Hotel” but when I arrived in Las Vegas, following the address, it turned out that “W Hotel is no longer there, and I m placed at “Sahara Hotel”, an old hotel. The other thing is I have to pay “resort fee” daily, which is quite pricey. This was never informed when I paid on site. I was expecting what I paid is nett with no additional cost.

Had the Marra Room. Room was clean, service was good and food was affordable (Comparing to Vegas standards today) and good. They had really soft bed so for older customers it would mean back pain. One thing that misses the mark is the Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi is really slow and at times not even working (Could not even open Whatsapp). Overall still an enjoyable stay for my business trip.
