A very well appointed hotel with a ton of amenities WAY beyond the vast majority of comparable hotels in the city. Swimming pool was nice with a large hot tub, very well-equipped gym, 2 squash courts (!!), a kids playroom and more. Nice location and great to have a balcony. The real highlight for our group were the phenomenal staff - almost everyone we encountered provided service that was well-beyond what we would expect. Very high praise for the staff at this hotel!! The only area for improvement is that some parts of the hotel are starting to show their age and could use repair or renovation - some work on the building itself, coupled with the excellent staff, would make this hotel easily earn 5 stars across the board from our group. Overall, very pleased with our stay and with this hotel - and most especially the staff.

Séjour de 8 jours en famille (couple + 1 enfant de 3 ans) Les installations (salles de jeux, piscine, sport) sont top. Hall d’entrée très beau mais chambre un peu vieillotte. Chambre spacieuse, chose que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’amabilité du personnel Nous avons pris une chambre avec deux lits doubles mais ce ne sont pas des vraies lits double (plus petit). Aussi, ils ne mettent pas des housses de couettes mais deux draps plats à mon sens c’est moyen question hygiène car à peine on bouge dans son sommeil qu’on se retrouve avec la couette sans drap… Aussi les oreillers sont trop hauts.

Nous avions fait une réservation pour une chambre avec 2 lits queen. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés pour le Check in à 15h45, on nous informe que notre chambre n’est pas disponible. On demande à quelle heure elle sera prête, ils ne savaient pas, il se pourrait vers 16h30 ou plus tard. Comme nous avions une réservation au restaurant à 17h, nous ne pouvions pas attendre , avec nos valises en plus . Ils nous ont proposé une chambre avec 2 lits doubles, qu il n,y avait plus rien, même si nous avions réserver depuis longtemps. Pas le choix, ils nous propose de payer le stationnement en compensation, pas le choix d accepter. Moi et mon conjoint avons très mal dormie à cause de la grandeur du lit. C est dommage, mais nous ne retournerons plus à cette hôtel.

This hotel is dated and very dirty. The carpets are stained and dirty. However the staff and management were great to cancel the booking without penalties

C'est un bel endroit. Un peu plus loin de la Gare centrale et du Vieux-Port de Montréal que nous avions prévu. Nous étions 4 adultes et 4 enfants en bas âge. Nous avons fini par prendre des taxis. Le personnel est super et la piscine est très bien.

Located in a central area. Walkable to eato 's centre.

The rooms and spacious and quiet. The wifi was problematic. Several times we got a message that "internet is not available at this time". There should be easy access to coffee and tea on the property.

The property was situated within walkable distance to all the attractions and the subway was close by for any other attractions that are a little further away. The staff were welcoming and very great with kids. The rooms were cozy and spotless. Will definitely be coming back. The playroom was popular with our eight year old!

Tout est très bien, pas le grand luxe mais tout de même fort confortable. La douche est passable, peu de pression et une température instable ...

We enjoyed using the pool. The elevator gave us a scare. It shook and wouldn’t open door and then dropped, which was scary. That only occurred once and we had to ring for help from elevator. Otherwise, service was great, friendly and helpful. We asked for renewal of towels and they arrived quickly. We were situated in centre of all the activities we wanted to do and could walk or take Uber very easily. Thank you
