Was disappointed breakfast was not included with my room booking; I was sure it was part of my deal but apparently u have to pay an extra for it.

Convenient downtown locations with onsite parking. Hotel was clean and staff was super helpful.

Pool was great. Room and hotel were clean. Parking was onsite, but inconvenient to have to switch elevators. Location was good, but still a farther walk from most points of interest.

We chose this hotel for the pool and location and weren’t disappointed. Wonderful pool, very clean, good temperature, nice size. The breakfast buffet had lots of selection. Especially popular was the waffle making station. We enjoyed pizza in the dining room with great service for all meals. The two queen beds were extremely comfortable, nice pillows too. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel if you don’t mind a 20-30 minute walk to the main attractions.

Rooms were clean, staff great and friendly, breakfast was enjoyable and air condition was great to be able to update according to desire.

The hotel was clean and decor was very nice. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. The room had a plumbing problem, that was reported. I did not use the amenities or have breakfast there. I would explore a sufferer hotel if I was to visit Ottawa again.

The hotel was nice and in a good location in Ottawa close to parliament building in downtown, Ottawa, restaurants and shopping. I think you get fairly good bang for your buck here. The hotel was clean and it was helpful that we had a mini fridge and microwave. At one point we rented bikes nearby for 24 hour. And the gentleman at the front desk was kind enough to allow us to bring the bikes up to our room for safekeeping. I enjoyed my stay and I would recommend this hotel.

The rooms were quite rundown and needs upgrading. The bathroom and shower was very old and subpar which is not acceptable for rate of the room and the Hilton brand. Housekeeping service was excellent. Free wifi- is advertised, but when you go to access it, you are forced to sign up for the Hilton honours program which is not right. However, the location of the hotel is excellent and very close to all attractions.

Parking was chaotic, staff did not indicate if breakfast was included or not. I still don’t know if it was.

Great hotel very clean.

Ligger praktisk til med bil, og veldig nære parlamentet og bygningene der. Rommet var helt fint, med det du trenger av fasiliteter. Bra treningssenter. AC støyet litt, men ikke noe problem. Behagelig og bred seng. Rent og greit bad. Tok en stund å få varmt vann og det var lekkasje på toppen av dusjhodet noe gjorde at trykket ble dårligere enn nødvendig.

This hotel is perfectly situated, close to Parliament Hill and all other buildings. There are plenty of restaurants/bars and shops within a few minutes along a pedestrian walkway. Everything about this hotel is perfect. The amenities in the room are Crabtree & Evelyn. Reception is extremely helpful.
