We encountered a rude and rude receptionist. After we checked out that day, we left our luggage at the hotel in the afternoon. When we came back to collect our luggage at four o'clock, we wanted to use the bathroom. The front desk clerk said in a very stiff tone: No! There are no public toilets, you have to use the ones in your room. We just checked out at noon and immediately fell out. This hotel actually does not have a toilet in the lobby (they do have one, but the door is locked). In addition, this hotel has simply renovated the corridor, but the decoration in the hotel room is extremely simple, and there are only a few shelves for the coat rack. A cabinet. All in all I won't be back. Very bad, very impersonal and very disappointing.

Disturbing I turned on the iron, water poured out if the back, unseen smoke turned on the fire alarm. I turned on the air conditioner, unseen smoke turned on the fire alarm. I took the iron down to the front desk, informed the reseptionist and she dodnt seem to care when I informed her of the fire hazards and defective things in room 310. It was apparent the these issues were not a surprise. FIRE HAZARD!!

Great location, standard room, decent breakfast, comfortable bed. Tesla charger close by.

Great staff. Everyone was kind and helpful. Breakfast was ok. Lots of options. The room was clean and comfortable. The only thing was our bathtub got clogged after one quick shower.
