地點好，房間陽台景觀好，早餐選擇豐富，飯店旁特約停車場雖近但車位非常小

一進房間就聞到濃濃的煙味，而且之前住客用浴帽遮蓋住煙霧感知器卻未見酒店清潔員發現及拆除，此外陽台上還有之前住客留下的空啤酒罐。而我們家人住的另一房間有提供電熱水壺，當我詢問前檯是否能提供時，答案竟然是因為有些設備故障了，所以不是每個房間都提供，這也顯示了服務的不一致性。

地點好，坐巴士站下車走路就可以到達，本身是觀光巴士的第一站，飯店本身是景點，位置在最高點，旁邊就是皇宮，可以參觀一天，飯店有電梯，房間乾淨也很舒適.

復古的設計，房間空間大，比較舒適。早餐非常棒，很豐富！

飯店很有氣氛，設備很乾淨新穎。 感覺很棒，員工很友善，第二天很早還幫我們叫計程車。 建議上去的時候不要用爬的，還是搭個公車或計程車吧。 飯店內附的紀念品店有打九折但我沒去看。 訂房可以選有市景的房間，但其實就是背後的房子們還有陽台，不會有特別壯觀的景象。 如果是比較高價的房間就不知道了...

位于古城内。房间古朴典雅，门窗老式结构，开关窗门都是一种享受。有阳台，热水烫，暖气足，停车场近。性价比高。

Muy buena atención y actitud del personal. No tuvimos ningún problema. Todo muy limpio, servicios completos. Los baños se ven como nuevos y las habitaciones son muy cómodas

La ubicacion es buena, justo en el centro. Estaba en remodelacion y no nos informaron. Muy incomodo. La experiencia no fue buena.

Front was under construction when we got there. Parking closeby - let front desk know and they can provide discounted rate. Room had a bit of a smell - building is old, so that is sort of expected. Otherwise, ok. Room was large.

El hotel es como estar en un museo, muy lindo, el personal amable y preocupado de todo para dar respuesta rápida y ayuda en lo que necesites. Está muy bien ubicado y su desayuno súper variado y de calidad. Súper recomendado.

Friendly, professional and courteous staff. Clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. The location is centrally located and it didn’t take me more than 15 minutes to get to any of the main sites. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay here the next time I’m in Toledo.
