不論前臺或餐廳服務一流，每次都笑容滿面，盡心盡力，但隔音設備比較差，房間容易受門外聲音影響

本来对这个酒店的印象还不错，虽然是在苏黎世郊外，但是到达和入住都还方便。酒店服务人员态度很和蔼。房间小了一点但是设施齐全。糟糕的是房间里有个蚊子，酒店又没有驱蚊药备用，结果睡觉被它咬了起了个大包、肿了三天，影响了出游的心情。

可以免费停车还算不错。楼下的餐厅还不错。房间还算整洁，大门打开很费力，卫生间的门根本打不开，后来服务人员来打开了，但就再不能关门了，暖气也不工作，前台来弄了半天也不行，态度很好，让我不行再找他，已经晚上10点多了，再折腾就睡不成了，我只好忍了一晚。和前台借用的转换插头也不能用，总之一切不顺。周边环境不太好。

The staff members are just like humanoid robots. Everything takes ages and they solely rely on the screen/paper in front of them. No common sense, human understanding or real communication. When not engaged you can see them recharge their social battery by staring at their handheld dopamine dispenser. But when they are on a mission they run around the lobby and do not care if they cut the way of a customer or anything. As if they were trying to get a cheap tv on black friday. Last and least, the breakfast buffet is really mediocre for such a high price.

Really enjoyed our short stay here. Staff were kind and room was clean. The hotel is located outside of Zurich but right near a bus stop, so it would be easy enough to visit the city. Not much around the area but close to the Lindt chocolate museum! About a 45 minute beautiful scenic walk to get there. Good price as long as you’re okay with not being in the city!

Not the best Ibis I used to stay.

Every aspect was spectacular. The hotel is a little ways out from the train station but is readily accessible with via a tram and bus ride. The paid breakfast was buffet style and good. There were not a lot of food option nearby so our group resigned ourselves to having to eat at Boom!, the hotel restaurant and it was delicious. So good that we willingly went back the next night. The hotel supplied everything we needed, a base for day trips throughout the region. I just wish we had allocated more time.

Ótimo café da manhã, estacionamento e ônibus passando em frente para irmos até o centro muito facilmente. Quarto confortável (não tão pequeno quanto outros da mesma rede). Achei um ótimo custo benefício!

Like: Easy access from highway, free parking, clean room, daily room service, short drive to city center and the lake. Dislike: no coffee maker/fridge, no air conditioning. But this is not surprising for a typical ibis.

I liked the clean bedroom and friendly staff. I didn't like its location.

Sauberes Zimmer. Aber sehr schmale Einzelbetten. Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden.

The staff was very kind and helpful. Room was clean and big enough. The breakfast was great and the restaurant as well. I won’t miss going there again next time

Front desk personnel were awesome

Sehr schönes Hotel. Bisschen Außerhalb der Stadt trotz dessen, war ich in 15-20min mit Auto in der Innenstadt. Föhn, Duschgel, Handseife und zusätzliches Kissen waren zur Verfügung gestellt. Personal super lieb und hilfsbereit. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr sehr lecker
