We booked 2 rooms (one for 1 night, one for 3 nights). On the second day, the hotel asked us to move to another room, which had a utility window right next to noisy and possibly damaged AC units. The noise made it impossible to stay, so we checked out early. The employee did not provide a receipt and just said “you’re all done.” Strangely, I still received a checkout reminder the next day as if I was still staying. Very unprofessional experience.
