We continue to choose this hotel for proximity and consistency.

It’s old but it’s clean close to a lot of stuff

It is not the newest But clean and staff was very nice Nd the price is right.

Hotel itself is great in my opinion. I don't really use any of the amenities so can't comment on those. I only gave it a lower rating because I wasn't impressed with the night staff at the desk. The first issue was my phoning to let them know I wouldn't be there until at least midnight and the gentlemen asking over and over WHAT TIME I would be there. I was driving a long distance so thought around midnight but couldn't be sure that I wouldn't stop enroute because I was tired. He couldn't seem to understand that. Upon arriving, one of the front desk staff (I think he was) was sitting on a chair at/in the entrance to the office holding his phone. The other fellow was checking in someone. The guy from the chair did get up and check me in though, so I'm assuming he was staff. When I asked if they had any of the luggage carts because I had a bunch of stuff to bring in, he (or they, I'm not sure) told me to go around the corner and see if there were any over there. No offer to check themselves or offer to help. Just didn't feel any of the warmth that you get from the desk agents in the daytime.

There was a strange odor in our room, but could open patio door and that helped. Pillows were very large and uncomfortable due to same

Awful room. The first thing we noticed on walking in was the smell of urine. It was strong and not just in the bathroom area. The carpet was so filthy we didn’t ever remove our shoes. Neither of the tvs worked, there was no lightbulb in the bedside lamp, and there was what looked like blood splatter on the walls.

Dirty, burn marks in the carpet, cigarette butts and joints outside the balcony, garbage and empty booze containers outside the balcony, mouldy musty room, gross.

There are vagrant people hanging out inside and outside whom still are present in the morning. The facility in my room did not function properly. With no maintenance present I was provided a toilet plunger to walk through the lobby with to fix the toilet myself. My daughter's vehicle got vandalized with two broken windows. No employee was helpful.

Fire alarm went off. False alarm at 1:30am. There was partying down the haul also. Didn’t get any sleep.

Everything was good but it was written that breakfast is included when I booked the room but it wasn’t. In the morning, the staff told that the restaurant is privately owned. Better to not write in the description. Misleading information. Room was good and clean.

They do not provide brack fast and hotel enveronment was not good

The time we stayed there it was very quiet. Very close and convenient for the things we were there for. And helpful staff

My stay here was unexpectedly disappointing. The first room I was assigned smelled so poorly of weed as someone on my floor was obviously smoking it in their room. The new room I was assigned smelled horribly like carpet cleaner. There were a lot of people loitering out from of the hotel and in the lobby at varying times. In the morning when I checked out, there was a loud domestic fight happening in another room on my floor and I truly felt relieved leaving and not having to return. I have to say the lady who helped me at the front desk when I checked in was very nice and moved my room without issue when I brought up the concerns about someone smoking weed.

Parking was good, staff helpful and room was clean.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. It’s just like any other place you stay in Edmonton. The street scene at night is out of their control but I will stay there again.

We need to wait more than 1 hr to check in. The Front desk person is in the phone for so long.
