The hotel has a nice layout and free car charging Just everything seemed run down, old, dirty, ac didn’t work anywhere, gym all broken, pictures online are deceiving Could be good but isn’t

The staff seemed stressed and mentioned multiple times the hotel was full. Our air conditioner was barely working and was incredibly loud - so loud we would only turn it on for short periods to cool the room when we were not in there. No one asked how our stay was when we checked out, they seemed to be happy to just keep the wheels rolling as it was a busy weekend. They did accommodate a 1hr later checkout which was appreciated.

Never encountered such bizarre issues until we stayed here. My 1 year old opened a drawer and found a pouch of tobacco accompanied by white powder. I had to let them know TWICE in order for something to be done. No one seemed to care. Absolutely dangerous to keep a baby in a room with suspicious substances like that. No compensation for that. No room change or anything lol…. Then, older kids decided to pound on our door -profusely- plus everyone else’s rooms just shy of midnight. Embarrassing customer service for a hotel.

Nice buffet breakfast and the seperate bedroom living room is good to seperate for privacy. I like the pool area as it’s nice to look at even though we don’t use it. Nice property back in its day. Great for families. Have stayed here now 5 times or so.

Nice stay for the money. A caution to families who go for the pool...it's mostly deep...kids need to be good swimmers or with an adult in the pool.

-Stayed 1night, checked in at 4pm was geat -Be aware you have to pay extra 2.xx$ /night ithink must be localhotel tax.If ou booked to expidia -Booked 2nd floor, balcony by the pool-hallway was warm/hot, it could be noisy for some people. Specially when pool is packed -Could be long walk to your room from elevator -Elevator is scarry -tight -Ran down hallway carpet -Parking lot could be sketchy- park at lit spots, aspalt need a redo Good part: Place is prettygoood, kids will love the pool,

Parking lot looks terrible to start, met at the front desk by someone who couldnt check me in because they didnt work there, place looks like its upkeep is attempted to be handled by one person. Rooms were good. Pool area is beautiful. Staff unhelpful.

Extremely filthy and disgusting. Public areas and breakfast room are unhygienic and extremely filthy. Staff is helpful though.

The parking lot needs attention!!

Balcony door wouldn’t open, tv didn’t work, room smelled of cat pee and chair scratched from cat. Electrical outlets were to large, plug in barely stayed in. Maintenance fixed door and tv and gave deodorant spray, which helped. Breakfast was good. Not told about renovations when we booked rooms. Booked two rooms and were not close to each other. Asked for view of pool. One was a view of pool but other wasn’t. Hot tub was way too hot - seemed over the maximum of 104F not worth $170 a night.

Everything was good

My grandson and I stayed and had a great time, the pool was great, the location is great for kids with skate park, park and splash park all with in minutes and walking distance.

We stayed for 1 night and it was good. We had the main floor walkout to the pool. It was loud which is normal for a main floor room but it was convenient, my kids really enjoyed the easy access to the pool. It’s a shame that the hot tub was so small, it was always crowded and we didn’t get a chance to relax in the hot tub. The room was clean. Friendly staff. The beds were comfy. The hot breakfast was delicious. I would definitely stay here again. 100 % recommend. Great value too.

It was so deceiving by the pics. it's a ghetto. Took my 2 granddaughters there cause it had a pool and a hot tub. It was sess pool. We ended up not spending the night and checked out at 8:00 p.m. and drove back to Edm. The front desk lady couldn't bother to ask why we were leaving and told me to step back while just turning in my key. Do not stay there. Walked around the building and that's what made is leave. Crack alley.

This could be very nice property and ideal for families travelling for sports tournaments etc. But…it needs a lot of work. The carpet around pool area is disgusting! I found that my first impression was not good as the entry doors were filthy. The carpets at the front doors were very dirty. Hallways were mostly dirty. I realize the hotel is under renovation but that does not mean things can’t be clean. I would not stay here again unless it was fully renovated.
