The staff were very helpful

Yuck. This place was gross. It was so dirty. The humidity extractors in the courtyard where the pool was located, was so dirty and plugged, it made the entire facility very humid and it stunk of chlorine in the foyer, courtyard and common areas. Totally uncalled for. The rivers around the courtyard area were ABSOLUTELY FILTHY. Probably haven’t been cleaned in a decade. The hallway carpeting was beyond disgusting because it was so dirty. There were areas, such as the elevator that looked like they had never been cleaned or vacuumed. Our room stunk like livestock lived there before our arrival. It was plus 35 outside but we had to open the window and turn on the AC at the same time. NEVER. AGAIN.

We were travelling to Vancouver and had a long day ahead of us. Up at 4 in the morning and NO hot water for showers. Called the front desk and no answer. Went to check out had to wait for the staff to come in from outside. Gave us a card to call the manager about the cold showers, left him a message and has never returned our call. A very noisy hotel if you just want a good night sleep before travelling.

Booked a King studio suite with Kitchenette... Unfortunately it was a regular sized King room with a stove top and cupboards built in. This in turn made the bathroom so small you had to step in the shower to get out of the bathroom... Advice, don't pay the extra for a King suite!

Everything was overall great. This is still my favorite place to stay when I'm in Lethbridge. I did notice that it was pretty loud in my room when other rooms around me would run water. So I woke up to someone having a shower. But other than that I love that their checkout is a little later than other hotels and the atmosphere is really lovely. The rooms are spacious. And the breakfast that you can pay an additional cost for is not super expensive but it's really lovely and delicious and the atmospheres nice.

Choose another hotel. Hallways and staircases are filthy and hadn’t been cleaned vacuumed in a while. Better options out there at a better price, with better service.

Clean, upgraded rooms. Liked the separate bedroom from the sitting area with pull out couch bed. Pleasantly surprised the noise and light barrier were very effective between our rooms and the central pool area just across the hall on the main floor. Other noises from pipes and general creaking in walls and ceilings more noticeable at night (from above?), but not too disruptive.

The facility would get an average rating. Expected it to be a little higher end for the price. Had a room with 2 queen beds. The room was clean, but the bathroom was small. There was no hot water in the afternoon and evening - only luke warm. However water was hot in the morning.

Rooms are updated and spacious. Breakfast is not included with any stay which is disappointing. Also if you like quiet be sure to ask for a room NOT facing the pool. It is very noisy during the day facing the courtyard. Would give this stay a 6/10

This hotel is our go-to when we stay in Lethbridge. Updated, clean rooms, comfortable beds. We love the pool area as it feels like a tropical getaway. Highly recommend for couples and families.

Great property love the pool and hot tub nice atmosphere. The front counter staff were great! And the Italian restaurant has great Latte’s, Americano’s and Gelato. Would stay here again

Very pleased with our stay. Room was great size and very clean. View into courtyard was lovely. Great A/C even on a very hot day! Comfy bed and bedding. Staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay here again.
