整體上有很大的改善空間。床單十分之不乾淨，竟然有多條頭髮。另外，桌子上面有灰塵。Reception員工則表現可以，十分友善。

Excelente hotel con algunas recepcionistas de muy malos modales.

Perfecto estado. Habitación de 10. Única pega: a la hora de contratar, puse filtro de "gimnasio". Horario de 9 a 16 y fuera del edificio. No es bajo mi punto de vista, gimnasio

No complaints. It was a pleasant stay.

Loved our stay for two night. About 15 mins walk from train station, and 20 mins walk to centre. The food was amazing, selection of hot, cold and cakes. The rooms were very clean!

Schönes, großes Hotel, 15min Fußweg vom Hbf entfernt. Gutes Frühstück, viele Servicekräfte, saubere Zimmer. Nur 3 deutsche Fernsehprogramme.

I reserved a room for my mom. She expressed her satisfaction with the hotel: the bed was comfortable and clean, the staff helpful and polite. Easy connection by public transportation with the real way station. The breakfast was fine. Would stay here again.

Hotel 3 stelle di buon livello.receptionist gentile e disponibile. Struttura buona seppur un blocco “sovietico” con bar,negozietto e sala colazione (non fatta). Fermata tram 2 minuti, oppure 15 min a piedi dalla stazione/galleria 5 min. In più per il centro storico. Ottima qualità/prezzo (prenotato in anticipo). Lo CONSIGLIO

Room is quite small. Breakfast is overall good, but gets quite packed. Gym is open on very specific times, so don’t expect to exercise at any given time you wish for.

Convenient price and location only a 15 minutes walk from the train station. Very handy to catch an early train. Don't miss the Italian restaurant they recommend at the lobby.

Good hotel overall, about 30 minutes walking from the center, conveniently located for the University of Economica. Facing a huge rondo, with many tram lines to quickly reach other places, tickets can be bought using credit cards at the station, or onboard even if in this case you may née cash zloty

The room was too small and far from elevator. There was a bad smell in the corridor.

Convenient hotel by tram to Krakow. There is limited dining around and at the hotel, so bare that in mind. Staff were friendly, rooms were simple but had the main amenities
