住宿交通方便，從車站出來步行到酒店只需6分鐘，酒店一出就有大型超市，購買東西很方便。但我們住在三樓，從升降機出來到房間，走廊處還要上五級樓梯，對拖著大型行李的旅客實在不方便，應該加設一個斜台方便旅客。另酒店是舊式的，所以房間冷氣不夠，應該要改善。

Nice staff with efficient check in process. Nice location with 5 minutes distance from all the subways route.

飯店地點跟google map標示點有一點距離，照google map的指示走要推行李箱要經過一大段石板路有點痛苦，其實應該從旁邊的小路(Baumannstraße)進入，才會直接到飯店門口。房間比較舊、浴室的冷熱水是分開的水龍頭，不太好使用，尤其是因為熱水開了也不是馬上有，所以水溫不好調整。早餐基本該有的都有，還有現煎歐姆蛋，但是都算不上好吃。

The hotel locate in good place, close to Mien Mitt. Breakfast bar is good ! and service is also very good. Worthy to stay again.

交通方便, 環境很特別的飯店

酒店所处区域的交通十分便利，酒店的接待在一个巷子里，住的房间在顶层，有斜顶，卧室与客厅分开，卫生间干湿分离，很方便。房间整洁舒适，早餐较丰盛，记得尝那个摊蛋饼。

Most preferable who arrived by CAT from airport as only takes 6-7 min walking distance and ~15-20 min to seesigns in the centre including state opera and museum Albertina. Hotel provides an excellent breakfast and umbrella.

Excellent stay, excellent service. The facilities are a bit aged and worn, but in operating condition. Overall, I’d love to come back and stay again!

Above and beyond. Great location. We have been given the family apartment which was very clean, A/C. On check out they also waived the parking fee. Deffo coming back.

The location was wonderful

Fantastic location for a city break, Unfotunately the age of the hotel and the breakfast were a big let down.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles in allem war es in Ordnung.

We had a wonderful week long stay at the mercure Biedermeier in Vienna. The location was perfect; an easy walk to Wien Mitte station and to many attractions. The room was large, air conditioned and well appointed and the included breakfast was excellent.

Vi kom sent men nåede at få aftensmad på hotellets restaurant.. en fantastisk gullasch. Restauranten ved siden af hotellet havde en god udendørs servering. Hotelværelset var smuk og havde en gennemført stil der passede til resten af hotellet. Vi kommer igen.

Compact room in a lovely hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Enjoyed a tasty breakfast with lots of choice. Walking distance to everything we wanted to see.
