The view was incredible. The room was very clean, and we loved all the amenities We will stay here again. .

Only drawback was the parking lot being a bit awkwardly situated. But thats not always in the hotels control so they've done the best with what they have. But in peak winter I wouldn't want to be walking back and forth from the parkade. Great room. Great TV. Nespresso machine in the room. Also the towel hooks blend in with the bathroom wall color. Took me way too long to find but that's also probably a me thing. No real complaints at all though. Really enjoyed our stay!

The building isn’t impressive but the rooms are really nice and renovated. Like any place descriptions are super accurate. City view was really facing a parking garage as a higher floor wasn’t available. Nespresso machine in the room and slippers were a nice touch. If you are arriving during shoulder season, rooms might be colder than expected. There wasn’t heat during an unseasonably and unexpected cool June.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and updated inside. My room was lovely. Very clean, esthetically pleasing. The only negative thing that I have to say is that the mattress was quite hard. Unfortunately I was not able to enjoy the amenities or breakfast due to a later check-in and very early departure. Both check-in and check out was quick and painless. I appreciated the gated parking as well. I would definitely stay here again.

The property was amazing. Our room overlooked the river and bridge. The bed was comfy and bathroom was clean and spacious! Loved the nespresso coffee. We had robes as well. We had dinner and breakfast at the four season restaurant the food was delicious! The free shuttle around the city is a great added touch. We used it to be dropped off at the bowling alley and was picked up after. We did go to the Irish pub at the hotel it was a great environment and drinks were good! The staff is amazing too so helpful, polite and helpful!! It was truly an amazing stay! Highly recommend!

Trip was great but most of the hotel

Friendly staff, easy check in, clean, accommodating. Great restaurant. Staff and food. Within walking distance of stores, movie theatre, park, bridge, trails, Ukrainian museum, churches.

The room was clean and updated. Communication prior to check-in was timely and helpful in regards to parking. Excellent options for dining.

Room was comfortable. However, I had the misfortune of staying in room 204 - directly across the hall from both the pool and the gym. The cleaning staff was cleaning both amenities from 11pm-12:30 am each night, keeping me awake. Also being directly across from the pool was incredibly humid in the room and the hallway. The room also did not have additional security of a privacy or night latch. Being across from the gym & pool with lots of traffic, that would have provided more peace of mind. Overall, disappointed, but mostly with the location of my specific room. Make sure to request a room not on the second floor!!!!

At check in we were told we had a free upgrade to a suite however it was just a normal room with two queen beds which was fine but our excitement quickly dimmed. I had to call the front desk immediately as there was only a less than 1/4 roll of toilet paper and no additional rolls which they brought up immediately. The drapes were ripped off the one side so it didn’t close which let in a lot of light at night. The staff were great everywhere however I just think the rooms need some repairs. Also the false front door under the sink kept falling off.

The room was very warm and the AC was not cooling it lower than 25. I booked a jacuzzi room and could not use it due to the heat.

Our favourite hotel in Saskatoon! I fly in from the UK to meet my Dad (4 stays per year) and he also stays here for medical appointments. The restaurant is a real plus, - with a great view of the river, fantastic food, and consistently lovely servers (Tracey is a favourite!). John the shuttle driver is absolutely superb - incredibly helpful and great company as well. We genuinely adore this lovely hotel! Thank you once again. ☺️
