Our stay was great, the staff were helpful and the rooms were clean. The only thing that was annoying was the tv, it was hard to navigate.

A great stay with terrific food at the restaurant

My significant other had a fall in the bathroom, the bathtub which has a “non-slip mat” moved. We had taken the shuttle service. Which then resulted in him getting 4 stitches. Staff did not say anything to us afterwards. We mentioned the blood to the front desk, which majority of it was cleaned. Except for the bathroom mirror which had blood on it was not cleaned, from July 30-August 1st it was present. Room was always moist due to AC.

The upgraded revamped rooms are gorgeous.

We like that it’s close to the hospital. Road closures around the area are really annoying and difficult to drive around.

Air conditioning is not good for summer room temperatures 25 degrees cool down to 22.5 room temperature not comfortable at all

For an additional 50 dollars we had Ana amazing room with a great view, separate room and beautiful fireplace! The 4 Seasons Grill was a beautiful place to enjoy a drink and fantastic food. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a staycation away from the kids! Fantastic hotel, well done ParkTown

Newly renovated rooms! Beautiful really, clean, tastefully decorated. Robes and slippers supplied, and the cherry on the cake was real coffee cups and glasses! The food at restaurant was top notch also!

The restaurant had great food and service, the cleaning staff was friendly and helpful when we needed more coffee, and the pool and hot tub were awesome! In the future, I would try and book a room with a river/park view.

LOVE the shuttle service- like a personal car service to take you anywhere plus pick up in the city-no extra charge. restaurant has great food, we had a nice updated room. Driver John (older gentleman) went above and beyond.

Floor wasn’t clean in the room. Could clearly see dirt/ hair everywhere. We paid extra for a river view room, which the view was nice but that’s about it. The room was so hot we couldn’t sleep. Air conditioning was barely blowing. Apparently they are finally switching their A/C to digital and had a sign saying sorry for the inconvenience, so maybe that was the problem. If we would have known that we wouldn’t have booked here. For a higher end hotel, we weren’t too impressed.
