Only thing I disliked ea the size of the room and a very small bathroom I would go back for the friendliness and cleanliness

Clean room, friendly staff, and a nice breakfast. Lots of parking and the hotel was quiet even though it was pretty booked up!

I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience needs to be shared. Within two hours of arriving in my room, I developed dozens of bites consistent with bed bugs. When I pulled back the sheets to investigate, the mattress cover was visibly filthy and unacceptable by any basic cleanliness standard. I immediately reported this to the front desk, only to be told it “couldn’t be bed bugs” because she claimed bites take 48 hours to appear — which is simply untrue. What was most disappointing was not just the condition of the room, but the complete lack of meaningful response or effort to rectify the situation. No accountability and no appropriate guest care following what was an extremely distressing stay. I needed accommodation as a family member was in HSN for a health-related condition. Travellers deserve safe, clean accommodations and understanding staff who are accountable for the hotel service they represent. Unfortunately, this property failed on both counts. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The staff here have been truly kind and amazing especially Sarah in the front desk. Highly recommended. Location is close to everything such as groceries, coffee shop and restaurants.

It was fine for a short sleep. Neighbor kept slamming the door at 3 am but nothing that yhe hotel did.

Very noisy, other guests complained of the noise as well.

Clean room, great shower, staff were nice, The only thing I think they should do is put a mat at the inside door also to help keep sand and salt out of the room.

Nice smaller, quiet property in a very convenient location. Breakfast has a staff attending to refilling food items. Lots of parking at back, not immediately obvious at front when checking in.

I will say that Sarah (manager) and Choice Hotels were great at ensuring my problem was solved and are the only reason this hotel is getting a 2 star rating. The room definitely had an odour when I walked in but I thought nothing of it. The sink was clogged (I won't go into detail on how they tried to fix the sink since we have already rectified the situation with Choice Hotels but let's just say there were several health hazards) which they should have known was an issue if they had cleaned the sink/turned it on prior to guest arrival. I was on the main floor and you could hear every noise from the back and definitely did not feel safe considering there's a sliding door to go in and out. The staff (aside from Sarah) was not polite. The lady that worked at night was rolling her eyes at the man in front of me. When it came to my turn, she told me that maintenance was going to be knocking on my door at 3am to fix the sink (for which I was told by Sarah that 3am maintenance does not exist) which only makes me wonder if she did because she was in a bad mood and didn't want to hear about my problem. Mostly writing this review to warn other people, but I hope that they change their ways. I do enjoy the Choice Hotels properties but this was a miss.
