隔音很差，旁边房间说什么话听的一清二楚。半夜三点四十五，酒店服务员关门开门的声音一直持续了二十分钟。早上七点开始，就有陆陆续续开关门的声音，住了两天，每天都被吵醒。酒店里几乎什么都没有，桌子是坏的。唯一庆幸的是前台接待员服务很好。

The room was super clean and had a beautiful view of Kelowna, Pool was large with a big deep end. Poolside service available. Great for kids or couples. Really appreciated the Expedia VIP upgrade!

Room was great. Clean, quiet, nice bathroom. On the whole we enjoyed every minute, even the pool. Vintners is a really good place to eat.

Love this hotel—great vibes, friendly service, and very clean rooms (ours was on the smaller side, but spotless). The staff were fantastic, and the pool and restaurant atmosphere were on point. Highly recommend.

Great hotel, stayed there many times. Clean, comfortable room, hotel staff were great. Ate at the hotel restaurant one of the nights and the food was delicious, a bit expensive, but so are all restaurants these days. Looks like a nice outdoor pool (was too busy to use it while there, and it was April...).

Upgraded to a very nice room. Very good restaurant for both dinner and breakfast. Did not have to leave the property to relax and have good food.

The room was very clean, the towels are huge and luxurious!! The toiletries were so nice, not overpowering, subtle fragrances. Water pressure was fantastic. The staff was so friendly and kind. Would definitely stay there again.

Great beds and good breakfast

One night, lots of money nd no sleep. Rm was right beside parking lot, people coming and going all night and every time the car doors got locked or unlocked it was a beep beep beep beep. A bus leaving at 4 am. Too bad cause I stayed there before and it was no problem.
